Not only was Paul quick to respond to correct the damage that was caused by the HVAC; he had a carpet repair company in to stretch out the carpet (due to the damage) and then throughly cleaned the area. While I understand its not their fault for failure but my biggest beef is that I called the owner for a status and she did not bother to call me back nor apologize for my inconvinence. The tech was nice enough but I think as a small business, your reputation is everything, if you can't hold on to that, your competitor will eat your lunch. Bottomline: I will probably not use them again as I've found a much more responsive and better company called EcoClean - see my review on them. Nor can I trully recommends them to anyone.
