Hello, this young man is a gentleman and a terrific carpet cleaner. Used him twice at others condo. He did a very neat clean job and on top of it he was oorganized. That meant the world to my mom. She has recently passed away but she was totally imprssed by his skills. Do yourself a favor and try this guy. Great job. I'd originally booked and cancelled a Groupon with another "well-rated" business when they tried to slap extra fees on because I have an elevator. It took three calls to even book that. Headache. Velle's was super easy. Very quick estimate, answered the phone himself to book the appointment, called to confirm, called when on way. He was done so fast, I nearly missed him when I came back home, and my floors weren't the mess they are when I rent a machine. THAT mess takes me hours. Not worth it. My very light carpet looks factory new again! We never wear shoes inside but just being downtown with the dirt makes it grimy. Grime no more. Also, yay, my baseboards weren't banged up. I purchased on Groupon and I was very happy with the service. Lavelle arrived at the scheduled time and was finish in an hour. I had 2bdrms but I only had him to clean the areas we walked on the most. He was able to uplift this ugly stain that was driving me crazy that I had on my bedroom carpet. It started to turn yellowish as he was cleaning. He explained that it may have been some detergent that was used on it prior and he stated that it may go away once the carpet was dry and IT DID!! The only suggestion is that he wear shoe footies when entering someone's home. I think that would be a good touch because I usually ask everyone to remove their shoes whenever they walk into my home from the outside. Particularly since it was raining on my appointment day. If I could give negative stars I would. I scheduled an appointment for March 23 at 10:00 A.M, over a month ago. My appointment time comes and no one shows. I called the business number at 10:30 A.M. and left a message asking was anyone coming out to complete my services.No answer or anything. I'm a pretty understanding person,so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I thought you know anything could have happened and thats why no one had arrived ,WRONG! No one never called me back in regards to my appointment. However, I got a call from them around 9:30 P.M. that night which seemed to be a butt dial. It was just music and people talking in the background. There were other things I could've done on my Saturday morning, other than waiting for a business that couldn't keep their word. These guys did a great job cleaning the carpet at my old apartment post move out. I was on a budget so I searched for something at a reasonable price since many carpet companies over charge. Velle's charged a fair price for a great job. The guys were nice and pretty quick. For my 2 bedroom apartment they were done in an hour. They were also good communicators. I called a few places and never got a call back, but Velle's kept me updated up until when they finished and left my apartment. Lavelle was great! We had our carpeted stairs and our area rug cleaned. It took about an hour and afterwards everything looked like new and smelled fresh. One minor issue- we are on the third floor of a condo unit and after the job was done we realized there was some light damage done to the walls in the main entry way to the building, must have been from bringing the rug cleaner upstairs. I purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning but asked when I called if I could use part of it for a sofa. They weren't able to accept the Groupon for upholstery cleaning, but quoted me $50 for our sofa. I decided to have an area rug and stairs cleaned to use the Groupon. When Lavelle arrived, he looked at the areas to be cleaned and told me would only charge me $25 for the sofa instead of $50 because the other areas to be cleaned wouldn't have cost as much as he originally thought. Velle just finished cleaning all of the carpets in my house we're moving into on Friday. He did about 7 1/2 rooms for a GREAT price and they look fantastic. There was one room in particular that had quite a few pet stains that I was really worried about. I can hardly see them now!
