Installer's were great, but the owner of the company is an A**h**e! Not friendly or a fair negotiator. All he cares about is bilking you to make the most money so he can to pay for his toys and fancy house. Stay away from this company unless you want a surprise bill and a ripoff.

They were a total disaster to deal with and purposely sabotaged my account. 1. Overcharged me on all materials bought! 2. Couldnt give a competitive bid for trim out material due to wrong multiplier-delta 3. Wouldnt give credit invoices when material was returned due to them purposely messing up orders. 4. Overcharged my account by over $10,000 in a three year period, doubling and adding invoice numbers and charges that didnt exist. 5. Called my employees telling them if he ordered all material from them , while working for me, he could get cheaper material on his account. I was being charged more for material than my employee! And then he was ordering material from holt, and getting material cheaper than me. He is the one that told me they had my prices the same as joe blow off the street who wasnt a contractor! This all didnt happen by accident, owner is a greedy douchewad millionaire who wanted to do nothing but rip me off!

Was not our house and blamed US for messing up his day. Here is Dan's final text to us after my husband said we no longer wanted his service: " We have 1000's of clients every year since 1893. I am sorry that you are offended that I did not remember how special you are. I did assume, so that is my bad. Never claimed to be perfect. So, if you want to be a dick, we can certainly part ways.
