Updating my previous review... it's been about nine months since I had my window replaced by Keene. All of a sudden, this Erin chick who was so rude the last time, started calling me again. I told her I don't intend to ever have glass replacement done with Keene after the insurance fraud and terrible customer service last go around. I think I initially found these guys at Cobblestone, so I even stopped going over there while my glass was cracked. I told her Harry said she had been fired for promising people loads of cash and killing his bottom line. (Allstate says what they were doing is insurance fraud) she insisted she wasn't fired and continued to pester me to get my window replaced. I politely declined again. Now several weeks later, she's calling me again. Repeatedly. I just got out of a meeting and have multiple missed calls from this Erin with Keene's Auto Glass... (she doesn't even know the proper name of the company she claims to be working for... it's Keene, not Keene's) She didn't leave a voicemail, but I've had enough. Why is this woman pestering me?! I found Keene through the yelp feature that lets you ask for quotes. Keene and another company had about the same price, but Keene had better reviews. All in, it cost me $208 to replace my windshield on my small SUV and Keene's technician arrived on time with all the materials he needed. He was done in 20 minutes or less. Very happy with their price and service. The windshield looks perfect. I haven't tested whether it's waterproof or not yet, but I will definitely update if I notice any leaks or anything like that - I'm sure I won't. read more
