I did not use this facility to paint my bumper, I didn't even take the car in physically for the quote. I sent in a few pictures for a quote and Chapman decided that they needed to report damage to Carfax. I am not anti Carfax, I just don't think the scratch warrants a report and I would have liked to have known that simply asking for a quote would elicit such action. Our brother took a look at the papers she was given showing the "service" and went down there with her. It's because of him that she was able to get a refund. They literally charged her for a service they didn't provide, and it's only thanks to my brother who knows cars that he was able to call the owner out and they immediately gave her a refund.
