I called Christian Brother's because we were supposed to have it done there a few months prior. They told me that " some auto shops tend to say the fluid is bad just to make a sale" They told me to take the truck back in so I did, then when they looked at the fluid it was really dark. They then tell me that "Maybe we were super busy and forgot to work on your vehicle and there was a mix up" I'm sorry but paying for a break fluid change and saying it "needed to be done asap" but not doing the work? I drove around with it not being done until I went to Monroe automotive... I'm glad the guys there caught it, I was able to get it done with Christian brothers. Which took more time for me since they didn't do it in the first place. We no longer take our vehicles here because of this.

Was told over the phone today by Ken the Service Manager that they don't match or beat prices,…read morewhich is false advertisement, he said that was something that the marketing folks put on their website but they don't honor it. He said I was the first person in 5 years that had asked for prices to be matched from another nearby mechanic shop. He even said that the prices that they quoted me, that I should go to the other shop instead, was a $60 difference by the way. Was also told by Ken that I wasn't a good customer because I had only done one oil service with them in a year and a half. Will never give Crawford's my business and they're just another auto shop that's dishonest and takes advantage of their customers. Hard to find integrity these days!!

She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. I had some cosmetic damage to my car from a…read moreleaky pipe in the parking garage where I work, and I went to Scott to see if a detailing would take care of it or if the panel needed to be completely repainted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure.
