Karl, was available on a weekend, and came out to our rental house to check out a hot tub leak right away.

It was super crowded when we were there, but I have heard it can be packed. I think the locker/changing room areas need an update or maybe just cleaned more frequently. But otherwise we had a good time and will be back.

This place is honestly unbelievable, and not in a good way. I paid to enjoy the pool, but instead…read moregot one of the most frustrating and pointless experiences ever. The rules are completely over the top. You have to be 16+ just to use the hot tub, which already feels excessive, but banning pool noodles is next level ridiculous. I didn't even bring one, they literally had a whole bin of them there, just sitting there that no one is allowed to use. What is even the point of that? Then, after paying, I was forced to wait 30 minutes for absolutely no clear reason. No explanation, no organization, just standing around while time was wasted. It honestly felt like they didn't care at all. And the sanitation? Questionable at best. For a place that's supposed to be about swimming and cleanliness, it did not feel clean or well-maintained. Overall, this place manages to be strict, disorganized, and underwhelming all at once. Charging people for this kind of experience is wild. I definitely won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you enjoy paying to be annoyed

Not only did they set up a date and didn't show up but they refused to work with us to come out at a more convenient time for us. Would never recommend this company to anyone. (They even charged us $100 to just set up an appointment)

In short, OHT headquarters denies any responsibility for the leak in my hot tub that began during…read morethe warranty period. When OHT responded to BBB, OHT completely left out the facts that there were leaks in the hot tub two times during the warranty period that they came out to fix only from the INSIDE of the hot tub and only with "sealant." Not long AFTER the warranty was up, the leak presented itself again, OHT sent out a technician that verified there was a leak, but this time said it would require them to find the leak from the OUTSIDE of the hot tub by searching through the hard foam insulation to the tune of an unknown dollar amount. The tech said it would cost at least $1,200 and as much as $2,700 (or something like that). I said then, OHT should be responsible for fixing the leak since it wasn't fixed properly during the warranty period. The tech checked with the company and told me no, it wasn't covered. Then the tech advised me to use "Fix-A-Leak." The tech wrote down on my service receipt "$1,500 + or -". OHT also imply it is my fault, because I did my own work on the tub (I did only after the warranty). In fact, the only work I did was to replace the water pump (that they already replaced themselves during the warranty period that failed again, and that's why I replaced it), and I replaced the heater. Both fixes were only done in the front compartment and have nothing to do with the shell of the hot tub. *** also claimed we didn't maintain the chemical balance, yet each service report showed the water balance was "good," but even if that were not the case, nothing in the warranty said it was void for poor chemical balance. You can decide if this was ethical or not.

So, when we needed to have a toilet replaced, we contacted Brown's. They only replace toilets with toilets they sell. That didn't go over well with us. -2 stars for that. I have several issues that compounded together to result in this poor rating:…read more 1. Delivery Issues: I bought a spa from Brown's because they carried the brand I was looking for. I hired a delivery person who they regularly work with. The delivery team even gave Brown's a heads-up before our scheduled date -- but when they arrived, Brown's acted like they had no idea and the spa wasn't ready for transport. On top of that, the spa was dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned beforehand (and no, it wasn't from transport). 2. Service & Support Failures: Shortly after setup, we began experiencing multiple issues. The biggest problem was that the pumps would die after only about 20 minutes of use, and we kept getting a persistent plumbing error with no clear cause. Our first call was dismissed by the owner, who told us the spa "just needed to run and get the bugs out." When the issue continued, I called again and spoke with Cameron (the son), who came out to look at it. He brushed it off as "normal" but said he'd call the manufacturer. I raised several other concerns, but his response was essentially "I don't know, I'll call the manufacturer again." He said he'd follow up -- but that never happened. Frustrated, we asked for another authorized service person and were referred by mfg to Tony from Spa Co. in Snohomish. Tony immediately contacted the manufacturer, got new pumps ordered, installed them, and quickly identified the root cause of the plumbing error: the water had been flowing in the wrong direction. He fixed everything efficiently. Unfortunately, because we purchased the spa through Brown's, we ended up having to pay extra for service -- the manufacturer only covers a small portion, and Brown's provided no real support. Long story short: No, I absolutely do not recommend Brown's for a spa purchase or service. Their lack of preparation, follow-through, and basic customer support was incredibly disappointing.
