Our jets- previously told by aforementioned other company would need to have concrete torn up to access - work perfectly after a short VERY affordable visit. I Hired Steve and his crew to service my spa and pool before I left for a two year stint in Europe. I had rented out the home and my renter keep complaining about the pool and spa smelling and the pool being green from the second month Steve took over servicing them. I told Steve this a few times via text because he usually never returned my voice message. Finally I texted him after the second month of not getting any bills last month. He finally texts me back two weeks later saying sorry I must have forgot tell you I cant do your spa anymore! Probably the most unprofessional company I have dealt with in years. I was charged $200 for a 10 minute visit to tell me I might need a new temp sensor. He didn't have a sensor with him and said he'd have to order on and said I would need to dig into the insulation to replace. I went to YouTube and found that wasn't the case. Decided to replace the sensor myself as he wanted another $80.00/half hour to come back. I guess I'm in the wrong field if this guy can get $200 bucks for a few minutes of work and not have to do much. What ever happened to good customer service? read more

I hired Steve from Neptune to come out and evaluate, inspect and clean a large pool at a home I had just purchased. He had a hard time getting around and almost fell a few times. I explained I was having a pool party the next day and wanted the pool clean. He did a quick vacuum but the pool was still dirty. I kept asking him, shouldn't he be getting all the dirt off. He told me no, the chemicals would take care of it. After charging me $500 for a 2 hour visit the pool was still filthy. I had a friend spend 2 hours to finish cleaning the sides and bottom. Steve also told me a part needed replaced and it would cost $700 ($500 would be labor). After my bad experience I called around and visited another local pool place. They said there is nothing wrong with the valve and the pool service would be half the cost of Neptune. My friend left Steve 3 messages regarding my pool and he has yet to return the call. I would never recommend this company! Over charges and a terrible job. read more

Neptune Pool and Spa was very prompt, reasonably priced and easy to work with. They repaired the motor on our 1950's in-ground pool, drained and refilled it as well. Steve advised us that the voltage (or amps (?) was incorrect and referred us to an electrician who specializes in pools. Update: We had an issue with our hot tub and called Neptune again. Steve came out the same day and found a blocked plug. He cleared the line, tested the system and checked our chemicals. All done in less than an hour. Steve really knows his stuff! I highly recommend Neptune! read more

I am the Property Manager at a 311 unit apartment complex located in Everett. Our heater for our indoor pool stopped working. We were referred to Neptune. We called and Steve came out on a Tuesday. He looked at it and said he needed to order a part and would be back Friday. Friday came. No Steve. Called Monday. No response. Called everyday. No answer. No callback. Steve appeared the following Wednesday almost 2 weeks later than he said with a story of being out of town. With a part. Wrong part. Said he would get the correct one overnighted and be back Friday. Friday came. No Steve. Over a month has gone by with no response to numerous phone calls and emails. Our pool was closed to residents for an outrageous amount of time waiting for Neptune before we finally called someone else. Do NOT use Neptune Pool! read more
