After we decided to move forward, the contract was thorough, so be sure to read everything carefully before signing. We submitted our deposit on October 15th and received a December 1st installation date. A week before, we got a confirmation call with our arrival window. On install day, Aaron arrived right on time, friendly and professional, with another installer joining him. They completed the entire install and cleanup in about 2.5 hours. Overall, the process from design to installation was smooth and professional. My only drawback is the price, which is on the higher end compared to competitors. Even without premium finishes, it felt a bit steep for the quality of shelving. Overall, it was a great experience. If money is no object or you have a high price point, California Closets can design and build you a pretty extravagant storage system.

However, what it is, is a superb service. If you have found yourself living comfortably numb, and have just accumulated STUFF over the years and realize one day that it is time to make a change. These young ladies came in, assessed and got busy. We hired them to clear and organize our garage that we used as a storage for years. Stuff we had not touched in 15 years. Some new, but most old. One of the best things I think that this crew possesses is the ability to relate to the homeowner in such a way that the homeowner is not feeling trampled upon, BUT at the same time respectfully probing and prodding to move the process of purging along. Nobody wants to get rid of things they find value in, but if you haven't touched the stuff in several years, what are you really doing?
