I had to hire another cleaning services to complete the job. What made matters worse was how their so-called customer services was rude and offensive towards me. They made the excuse that it was a basic cleaning and then insulted me that the room and my home was too dirty. I informed them first that I only hired then to clean one room and bathroom and not my home. I also informed them that the picture in which I sent shows the clear picture that they do below subpar work. However after the first deep clean, her employees damaged all four of my bathroom sinks from scrubbing hard water stains with a pumice stone. This was the method she had recommended after recognizing my sinks were made of a delicate material. I brought it up to Karen and she agreed the company should be financially responsible for replacement as it was their fault. I ordered the parts and let Karen know of the cost, and surprising have not received any responses back. I understand mistakes happen, and was never rude or even expressed any type of irritation. I even paid Karen exactly what she quoted me for the cleaning immediately after the job was completed. I like to give people the benefit of a doubt, but unfortunately in this case I got the short end of the stick. I really had no official complaints aside from the damage. This is even considering they were at least 20-30min late to both visits to my home (estimate+first cleaning), it took two people five hours to clean my 3bed/2bath home that was already getting professionally cleaned every 1-2 weeks, and most of my living room furniture was out of place after they were done. I was even willing to continue to work with them depending on how they handled this situation, but obviously Karen and her company do not care about their promises, their word, or their responsibilities when caring for someone's home. ***Response to Karen*** Actually Karen, I texted you Friday morning about the cost. Remember all texts are time stamped and no need to lie about anything to make yourself look better publicly. If you took responsibility or cared at all you would have replied back. There was a lot more, but I was already limping from taking photos. A windowsill. Again, I don't feel like limping to them all, to take photos. I haven't checked, because I can't pull the couch or futon out to see if anyone got behind and under them. Floor in front of the freezer, and a bread tie. Left sliding door track. Right track. Sliding door frame. See where our cat likes to rub against the light switches, wall and door frame? Silverware and spatula drawers. I suggested the inserts could go in the dishwasher, but an owner noted they'd not fit. This was seen during the walk through. When they came to clean, I mentioned it again, and again was told they'd not fit. I "think" I said they could be hand washed. Why would you not offer to wash them in the sink for an extra $20? Or just wipe them out?! They took them out to clean BENEATH them. How do I know? Everything was rearranged. I highly encourage taking pictures before removing items from a cupboard or cabinet. Cast iron skillets are HEAVY. They were in one cabinet but when they were done, some were in another along with our stainless-steel pots and pans. And in front of the stainless-steel pots and pans.
