They provided us with an estimate of $538 to fix the repair, which didn't seem terrible. I come home, and the unit that was in my garage was moved outside (WITHOUT MY PERMISSION). I didn't pay the bill right away, as I was trying to work this out with the owner, but he told me that my wife approved the bill, when she did NOT approve relocating the unit. The amount of work to move the unit outside was simple, rewiring the unit where it was would have been worth the $538. Then, after I mentioned I'd share my terrible experience with a review, he threatened me with a Lien on my home. I just paid the bill, I'm sure he'll still put a Lien on my home, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I'm a dog owner (as are many other residents), and the fact that we cannot count on this crew to arrive at a consistent time each week is incredibly stressful. Since they take TWO FULL DAYS to mow our portion of the neighborhood, this means we're effectively unable to enjoy the use our backyards for two days out of the week. Since the yards are also cared for piecemeal (ex. Someone cuts, someone else comes by an hour or two later and edges, then someone else comes by after another hour or two and blows), we have no way of knowing who will be entering our yards at any given time; the whole practice seems to be for the benefit of padding hours. A bit of forethought, organization and common courtesy would go a long way to solve these issues.
