Best program over all. I've tried many but only lost weight and consistently with this program. The people involved PA, nutrition etc. To the people behind the counter as you go in are all excellent, kind and helpful. The meal replacement is good ( there are many to choose from and there are some I didn't like but enough good ones). This program is worth the investment in yourself. You will be glad you decided to spend money on it. My insurance paid for everything but the meals. The app you have to use is a bummer. It is frustrating and awful and hopefully they will fix it. Thank you to the helpful staff at Keep It Off for kicking off my weight loss. After 3 weeks, I lost 10 pounds. Unfortunately, I found the program to be a bit too restrictive for my lifestyle (and costly). There's no cheating on this program and some days you just a need a day off. That being said the structure is amazing and the food isnt too bad (much better than Medifast or Optifast). My only recommendation would be to have staff in the office that can manage a blood draw. The MA's seemed inexperienced and told me I had "weird veins" then compared hers to mine ("see how mine are?"). I saw two different MA's and neither could manage even...with a butterfly. Not the best way to start, but Quest had no problem. I guess they're better with weird veins. :) read more

Do be careful with The Hernrid Center. I was on the diet for 4 months and the good part is it does work. My concern is during the national situation with people not being able to work you see the true what The Henried Center is all about. It is all about your money. I received a call yesterday from The Henried Center on a bill. It was the first they had ever told me about the bill. I was accurate of lying to them. As I tried to fill in some questions I was yell at "Shut the F... - up" Dr. Henried Center had no interest in working through the misunderstanding. They wanted what they wanted, my money, no matter what. I have a feeling during this time of people being very uncertain about the employment Dr. Henried is doing much better financially than most of his clients. personally being overweight my self-image is not the best and you want your diet provider to be a safe place. The Hernried center will be that as long as you do what they like. If you don't, at least in my case, personally attack and tear you apart. I see telemedicine a good option but I also see Dr. Henried Center doing this to get every bit out of your they can during this tough time. Everyone with whom I've dealt has been great. Weekly weigh-ins and group classes, and periodic blood test and EKG make me more comfortable with the rapid weight loss. I had schedule my initial appt. today, 6/5/18 @1:20 with Dr. John Henried (didn't get to meet him.) First of all every time I call the office, it stated it's closed. I was supposed to get an email for my paperwork and I never rec'd it. When I arrived today, the front desk told me, my appt. was cancelled because they never received my paperwork. I told him I never rec'd an email, and every time I call no one got back to me. They didn't even bother to call me that they cancelled my appt. I made an arrangement to be here for this appt. I am so disappointed, I want Dr. John Henried to know they have a very bad customer service and very unorganized. I was referred and was going to refer my friends to this clinic. I have found the solution to weight loss and now maintenance for me that I haven't experienced with other programs. I'm feeling more positive about this weight loss program because every staff member, doctors, nurse practitioners, behavioral health educators and ancillary staff are so supportive and want each client to be successful. I went to the Hernried Center in Folsom so last week. I was not sure what the program was specifically about and on the phone was not able to get detailed information. When I got there they wanted to get a blood draw and than EGG right away but I asked to see a doctor first as I really wanted to know if the program was right for me. Thus, I had a "consultation" with a "nurse" which lasted 20-25 minutes during which I talked at least half of the time explaining what I was looking for. When she mentioned that the program (and believe me she was not able to answer many of my questions) was mostly based on their food (not much choice there) and most of it containing sweeteners (and we know what they really are. I went to Dr. Hernreid for two fills after having a very successful surgery in Mexico. On the second fill, he poked a hole in my port. I feel that it was done intentionally because when I called for a third visit after the second fill was not successful, I was put on hold and then referred to a different doctor at another facility. I returned to my surgeon for a fill, and he stated that there was a hole in the port and another small surgery would be necessary to repair or replace it. I do specifically remember the feeling of the needle being forced through roughly. However, I was knew to the process at the time. I now have to return to my surgeon with another $1500 not including travel fees due to this. I sure would like to know what I did or said to Dr. Hernreid to deserve this and he got paid for that fill to boot! read more

This place has some serious problems with their billing department. I was a patient here for a somewhat brief period of time because I couldn't afford it, even with fantastic insurance. Every single time I walked in the door it was no less than $200. After more than a year of not being in the office, I got a random bill from them for things that I hadn't even purchased. I called and left a message for them to address their billing department's mistakes and let them know I hadn't been in within the last year. I also let them know that the last time I was in, I had specifically asked if this would be the final balance I was paying off and was told it was. I never received a call, email or any form of response to my voicemail, so I figured the problem was taken care of. Now, two years later, still no communication from them whatsoever and I haven't been back, I get a call from a debt collector saying that they set me to collections! I have perfect credit and have never even paid a bill late in my life. Now this incompetent and greedy place is trying to ruin my credit. I called them and left two messages, still no response. I also have a friend that got a bill from them for $2,000.00 that was a mistake, but they at least called her back and admitted they were wrong and "forgave" it. There was nothing to "forgive", they were false charges! Don't go here, obviously they can't get it together enough to sort out people's correct billing info or call people back. They must only cater to the super rich.. read more
