They charge additional fees for nearly everything. For example, you can spend $200 on alterations, but they will still charge extra just to press the garment. Their so-called "express service" costs an additional $10 if you want your items back in less than seven days. Rather than listening to customer concerns or considering ways to retain customers, the owner seems more interested in arguing and defending these practices. Overall, the customer service experience has been disappointing. I would encourage the owner to focus more on customer satisfaction and community relations. I explained our situation to him. He rose to the occasion. He got all of our jerseys done in about 36 to 40 hours. He was a God send for sure. He has 2 locations and was able to squeeze our order into his already full work schedule. The jerseys came out exactly as requested. I was able to pickup and distribute to the teams in time for our first tournament. There was a small hiccup that he fixed immediately. A few jerseys got removed for quality check so removed from box. He met me at tournament to get them to me. Let me say no one is doing that. He goes over and beyond to provide exceptional service!! He did our 2nd set of jerseys and tshirts as well. Not all menwear stores are great for big guys (as in 58L) They have a really nice selection of expanded sizes as well as extra-length ties. Prices are reasonable and if you're looking for a fantastic deal on dress shirts, catch one of the tent sales. Also a good place for wide shoes and boots. In terms of men's Big & Tall casual wear, you're going to see an awful lot of polos and golf wear. But you can find some sports branded apparel if that's your thing. The men's "regular" sized casualware selection is much broader, which is actually kinda frustrating. And the women's wear is seems to be targeted toward a 50+ crowd that doesn't mind feathers, polyester and rampant rhinestoning.
