Anyway, it was easily explained to me the situation and a few clear decisions were explained as well by the technician from Cousino. The guy was professional, easy going, not trying to oversell anything, but coming at it from a "looking out for you" kind of manner. Unfortunately, my project just became a little less simple and I expected that to reflect in the price too. I'll say this, the job was done quickly, everything looks great, I feel confident in the work and safer knowing why he had to do what he did. The best part was the price was completely reasonable! When you get quality and peace of mind and still feel like it was a good deal... these are my guys going forward for electrical work.

So this week Leonard and Jake came out to do the installations. Showing up exactly on time and taking extra care bringing their tools and equipment in they began to work. Independently and working together both Leonard and Jake worked diligently, efficiently and professionally. They made sure we were satisfied and gave us some tips on the new ceiling fans operations. Gary came to give me estimate and said they could start work right away. I didn't get paper…read moreestimate. Crew showed up to do work. Some miscommunication but work progressed well for the one day. Then....no date schedule to come back, but I got a bill within 3 days....and job NOT done!!! I called to ask if bill included them finishing, he said "no". I asked when they were coming back, Gary said "Think we can come on Wed." Noon on Wed, no crew. Called and Gary was rude, said "I never told you we'd come on Wed." We have other jobs we are finishing. So, I asked when coming back and he said they would call me. They left project with open wires sticking out everywhere and nothing connected. I paid just shy of $1000.00..........it's been 6 weeks and no one has called to finish job. I bothered some relatives and got the job done...NOT pleased and would not hire this company again.
