So I wrote a review on there the other day at how disappointed I was after they totally BOTCHED my designed floral arrangement for my sister's birthday. Well, Karen, the Owner reads her reviews because she called me immediately wanting to make it right. They did and sent me a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered, which was absolutely stunning! White snowball hydrangeas with six deep pink roses interspersed. They delivered it and my sister called to say she LOVED IT and that it was beautiful! She was very happy with it and so am I. My wedding was on a Sunday and it was going to be a small wedding. It was difficult to find a florist who would deliver the flowers to the venue without charging an arm and a leg. Since it was a small wedding I was not going to need $2500 minimum worth of flowers which is what other businesses require to deliver on Sundays. But I'm so glad that keepsakes florist was able to deliver the wedding flowers on a Sunday and at a reasonable price! I recommended them to my friend and she ending up using them for her wedding as well! read more

I put in for a same day delivery and it was delivered by 1:30. It was done beautifully. My sister loved them. First my dad best friend passed away so due to covid and his health he can't travel from New York to North Carolina on such short notice. I searched on the internet for a few hours. I needed up with Keepsakes florist. I called and I must of spoke to Karen to find out if I could send a flowers to a certain zip code. She was very helpful and nice. So I did the order online. I called her the next day she said i remember you. She re assured me all would be good. She called me back to tell me I was sending the flowers to the wrong address. My parents recently moved to Charleston, and I'm across country, so it's always a little nerve racking ordering flowers from a new florist. I had a Mothers Day bouquet delivered today and she is super pleased. She even sent me 3 photos to show me. She's right, the bouquet is beautiful. In addition, I was impressed because they actually sent me a photo of the bouquet after it was arranged before delivery. My daughter in Kentucky ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. The arrangement consisted of roses, stock and a bit of greenery. The roses were sad looking a definitely past their prime. There were some brown and withered outside petals that had not been removed. Also, the stock was limp and withered in places. I called the shop and to their credit, I was offered a replacement arrangement. The replacement arrangement was delivered, but was smaller and consisted of fewer roses than the original. When I sent pictures to my daughter, she said neither of the arrangements looked like the picture of what she had ordered. read more

Keepsakes Florist of James Island didn't deliver my Valentine's Day flowers, didn't even know they didn't deliver them, was barely apologetic and delivered an anemic arrangement that was supposedly an upgrade to make up for mistake. Fail! read more

Carl at Keepsake Florist is wonderful.. After having a terrible experience with Troy's Florist, Carl was a breath of fresh air! (Troy's kept e-mailing saying they were backed up for delivery although I paid for same day delivery.. 5 days later they said I had to upgrade my arrangement in order to delivery to John's Island....
