I brought in an item to have some alterations done for an event. I was told it was a lot of work. I asked how much it would cost. I was given a price, and paid the asking price in advance. I was asked when I wanted it and I said two weeks. I called after two weeks and asked if it was ready. I was told it was. I went over to pick it up, and was told that it was NOT ready. I could see it off to the side having not been worked on at all. I was told that the ticket specified the next day and to come back. I left, frustrated, but willing to accept that i had agreed to the due date (poor communication notwithstanding). I got a call the next day saying they couldn't do the job and I should come pick it up. They refunded my money, but if they didn't think they could do the job, they should have told me that when I first brought it to them. Now I have lost the two weeks that would've given me an opportunity to find someone else, and I do not have the item ready for my event and no time to find an alternative. I wish I could give zero stars. I can't speak to the quality of their work as it wasn't done for me, but don't take anything there when you have a deadline. read more

People often under-appreciate the value of an experienced tailor. I'm so grateful to have Kee's so near me. I have a brand new linen jacket that needed to be steamed to release the wrinkles. This place skips the BS and just gets the job done. There has never been a wait the times I've been there. I've had suits, jeans, and slacks all done e here and been very satisfied, especially for the price, since they are the cheapest in town. It is difficult to find the place the first time since the sign in the strip mall only says "Tailor," and nothing else. the owner is very nice and will get your stuff done on time. Please stay away from this business don't even waste your time. I drop off two jackets for the zippers to be fixed on last Sat. I ask the man when would they be ready he told me next Tues. I went their this evening to pick up the items and the man couldn't even find them. He ask for the receipt and I gave it to him. He still couldn't find them. I found my items myself.
