If you like dive bars, this is the place for you. The Kegor Tots came out cool and had that "we use the same oil for everything" taste that reminds me of when I was in the service. All beef hot dog was good. The hamburger was good also. A bit pricy for a burger with no sides. And you will get it how they fix it. I asked for no onions or cheese and got both. First time my now husband and I ventured upon the keg we were exhausted from traveling from the beach in summer 2017. Walked into the bar and I immediately wanted to walk out. Looked like a party kind of bar , which I assumed the food wouldn't be great. Husband encouraged me to try it because we were tired and hungry. Can almost positively tell you I probably got the lamb because that is what I have gotten every time there after and it is rare to see on a menu. After tasting that lamb on the rod for the first time the keg became our favorite go to spot for takeout and for a quick meal when hungry as residents in hermitage. Husband usually gets the wings today he ordered the Gyro. I almost always get the lamb with the pogach , that comes with it , along with a cup of lobster bisque. Come here again and again . Absolutely love this bar! Super friendly, accommodating staff. Ambiance of a great local bar/hangout, where everybody knows your name! We've recently returned to the area after being away for 20+ yrs, we dropped by this place a few times in the past couple weeks. As far as what we've tried up to today (11/20/22), we had the fresh cut fries (awesome), the Lil' Keg burger (great, cooked to perfection as ordered), the lamb on a rod (very good, though slightly overcooked), dry rub Cajun wings (DELISH), chili cheese fries (decent, though the chili makes them very salty). So today I opted for take out wings. Stopped in about 12:30pm, was greeted by the female bartender (wish I got her name) super friendly, and very easy on the eyes, as well. LOL Ordered a Miler Lite draft (ONLY $2.50!!!), and perused the menu. Settled on two dozen wings to go. 12 hot garlic Parmesan 6 honey bbq 6 hot schangs As I was undecided about the hot flavor I wanted, she was nice enough to offer me a taste test of a volume to decide! Wonderful! Out the door about 30 minutes later, 3 16oz. beers, & 24 wings for only $26.30!! What a deal!! Can't recommend thus place enough. Overall I enjoyed the visit. The service from the young lady working was very good. She was very polite, attentive, and actively made some suggestions. The pressed steak was good. Seemed a little small for the price I'd say 3.5 stars. Had some wings that the waitress suggested. Hot garlic Parmesan and they were pretty good. I'd say 3.5-4 stars. So overall including the service I'd give 4 stars and I'll be back. Sorry I'm advance for poor picture quality. The sun and shades wouldn't cooperate. Lol read more

They need to do something to address the issues that have occurred over the last month or so. New servers are clueless, surly and apathetic, the "cook" can't even do an order of fries correctly, and mixed drink are all mix and no fix. First time. Last time!!! French fries...I think they were cooked. Sat for a while then recooked. Crispy like a chip, almost hollow on the inside. You'd never know it started as a potato. Didn't eat them. Wings.....probably the worst I've had. Ordered dry ranch. I guess they only have enough rub to flavor one side of the wings. The food was okay. We got the jalapeño cheese balls and jalapeño stuffed pretzel for appetizers. They were average at best, with the word "stuffed" having a different meaning than I'm used to. The entrees (steak melt and club) were good and warm. Parmesan Garlic fries were okay, but mainly consisted of Parmesan with a pool of garlic butter at the bottom. The older bigger woman bartender with short wavy blonde hair was very spazy & rude and I had more than enough problems overall with the place to not bother giving them another chance. Ordered food to pick up, part of it was missing and another part done wrong. Was told a 45 min wait for a burger, veggie sandwich and fries. The veggie pita was just tomatoes, canned mushrooms and onions but every bite had a tough unchewable outer layer of onion skin. Lamb burger was super dry and small. Burgers and sandwiches don't come with a side so it was $8.50 for tiny dry burger and $3.50 for fries. I questioned the total given over phone when I picked it up because it did not match the menu prices and was immediately asked with attitude, "Well do you have to the new menu prices??" She handed me a menu and I could see all the prices were the same that I looked at. Instead of going it over with me, she gave me a menu and my order receipt and was told to "let her know when I figured it out." Once I was done writing each item price down to show her it was not correct, she continued to chat with a table and they even told her laughing that she should get back to work. While waiting the for the bartender to attempt using a calculator and getting a different answer every time for 15 minutes my food continued to get cold. When I got home we were missing the dip to our chip & dip appetizer. I went back up there and said I wanted my money back for dip. The bartender said "YOURE NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK FOR THAT WHOLE ORDER!" And I told her that's not what I asked, only for the dip, even tho my food is completely cold now since by the time I'll get back home to eat it will be almost an hour after it was ready. The other bartender tried to give me drink tokens to come back and give them another try because mistakes happen, which I COMPLETELY understand.. but being super rude when I was being polite is a CHOICE. Couldn't wait to get out of there and never return. Also there was a nice old pile of puke outside the front door which was very inviting and didn't see until I went back the second time trying to correct the order. Called and ordered wings for pick up, on the phone I asked if there were any specials tonight on wings and the guy said hold on let me ask the owner, came back and said yes you can get 12 wings for 10 bucks. We were originally ordering half a bucket. The guy told me it would be cheaper to do the deal. So I continued to place the order when I got there they told me a different price. When I questioned it the girl told me sorry it was for dine in only. I was like I literally just called and ordered and this is what they told me and she just said sorry dine in only. Went back inside to tell an employee and was told that someone would be right with us. 10 minutes later a noticeably tipsy waitress came. The food is consistent. Small bar with great food. When you order boneless wings they are not a chicken nugget with wing sauce, they are skinless, boneless chicken strips with wing sauce as they should be. The garlic parm fries are great. My sister-in-law likes to get their lamb on the rob and gyros. Everything I have had has been good. This is a small local bar and can get very busy. It is not full of younguns so a great place for the empty nesters to hang out. There is an outside patio as well and they have it tented when it is colder out. We just moved to town and this restaurant seemed like our kind of place. It was a sunny and beautiful day so we decided to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Our good mood was soon diminished when our Debbie downer of a server came to our table. We asked her if there were any drink specials and she said no. She took our drink orders and walked away without looking up from her tablet or even trying to force a fake smile. When we picked up our menus it said "miller light draft special everyday from 3-7" when we flagged our server down to ask about the special she said "oh yeah its after 3". We decided to just order hot dogs and make it a quick trip cheap trip instead of dealing with poor service. Pretty casual little place in Sharon. It was really busy when I stopped in but the service was excellent nevertheless. I was definitely on the younger side of the clientele, but I felt pretty comfortable and enjoyed the hangout. They have really awesome artwork on the ceiling too, various "murals" of celebrities and other more abstract artwork as well. I was visiting in the area and my aunt took me to this place for lobster bisque. We were looking at the menu and noticed it had some really good pub food . Since we were in the mood for a good hot dog, we decided to give it a try. Well to our pleasant surprise the hot dog was terrific. It was meaty, well cooked and seasoned . I loved them. Loved them so much that the taste stayed with me until the next day when we went back. It's a nice small place with a young crowd, the owner or manager that I spoke to was kind enough to share where he got the hot dogs. He was super. I wish I had a little place like this around me.
