It is with great pleasure that I post this review of this excellent business in Paradise Pa.  After much searching across several states, I located the exact vehicle I have been interested in. My first contact was with Ty in sales and he graciously accepted my deposit. The following Saturday I travelled almost 4 hours, one way, on my quest for the vehicle. On arrival, I met Anthony in sales who was fantastic. Personable, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time with me, made sure I took advantage of any available discounts, and guided me through the process. Scott was also very helpful, demonstrating some of the advanced features on this brand new Camaro Convertible. We had just bought a car from keim not even a week ago. Beautiful car. Had everything we could need in it. Yesterday I noticed that the inspection was up last month, Jan 2020. So today it was taken in for inspection n it didn't pass. We had just scrounged up ejoughoney to buy for us to have to get our money back n leave the car. Why the hell would you sell someone a car without having done an inspection on it?! Why would you do that?! Not even a week n we had already filled the gas tank, did our own oil change n bought a new air filter for it. Ridiculous. Absolutely fucking ridiculous. read more

I stopped in to get some info on a new Tahoe on 12/29. My lease on my Ford F-150 will be ending shortly. I met Thai Tran a sales person. Thai easked me what features I was looking for in the new vehicle. After he had taken my contact info and details he introduced me to Scott Smith. We talked for a few minutes about my past purchases there and shared some info on my current lease Scott tells me "you won't get employee pricing and incentives like these until next year". Then he tells me nice meeting you, appears uncomfortable and hurried back to his office. I guess Keim is doing great and doesn't need to sell any vehicles. What a weird experience. I'll be continuing my search at other Chevy dealers that want to sell vehicles. read more

My husband and I found a Suburban online that we were interested in and drove from out of town (almost 2 hours) to see the vehicle. Initially there wasn't good communication that we were coming to see the vehicle as the person we initially spoke to wasn't there that day we came in so there was initial confusion. Once we saw the vehicle we had to negotiate over them fixing an oil leak and adding tires that would pass inspection. They initially balked but agreed. We were specific about one thing though....the vehicle was being purchased in my husband's name, with him as the primary buyer in order for him to build his credit. I was willing to be a cosign but we wanted HIM financed. I said I didn't want a bunch of hard inquiries on my credit. They told us, "one soft and one hard" on mine. Well, instead Ryan (who was in charge of the financing) apparently couldn't get my husband financed at all. So instead, without telling us, they ran the financing through my name exclusively. I got 7 hard inquires on my credit, dropping my score immediately. They called us, only saying they got us financed and gave us the monthly payment. We drove up there, only to have them push a contract across the table to us that only had MY name. Not my husband's. When we questioned it, they then said that he couldn't get financed so they just put the sale under my name. My husband isn't even listed as a co-owner. We went ahead and bought the vehicle anyway because we didn't want to go through the credit hits to go to another dealer and we were actually satisfied with the vehicle. That said, they were the completely shady in the way they went about the sale. Conveniently, Ryan, the finance guy wasn't there when we showed up. So the guy having us sign the paperwork got to plead ignorance, "Oh! I thought he would have discussed this with you!" No. He didn't. We fully believe they all knew what was going on. They were just determined to get the sale, regardless. Bad communication and suspicious tactics. We have bought plenty of vehicles over the years and will certainly never purchase from Keim again and will warn others we know about dealing with them. read more
