Got my septic pumped and was told my baffles needed to be repaired.When the repairman came,he said it's not the baffle it was just the covers.Ahalf dozen cement screws and 15 minutes later done.Yet I still had to pay 270$ for a baffle repair.Sorry that doesn't sit well with me.I truly believe that last time I had this company pump me out the driver knocked the covers loose while trying to bang out some rocks stuck in the hose I was there,I watched.So I believe being charged for a repair that was possiblely they're fault shouldn't cost me the price of something I didn't need. read more

The first time they were supposed to do some major work for us, they sent an employee who knew nothing about the problem rather than the supervisor they promised. So we had to wait... The next time they didn't bother to show up. My father had rearranged his whole day to be here for their arrival, and they never bothered to call or anything - just pulled a "no-show." We had our septic back up this weekend. Knowing we probably needed it pumped, I called around this morning to find a place. Called two places that had slightly better ratings but neither one could be scheduled for at least two days although I told them is was emergent. Gotta Go was the third on the list. I called them and was pleasantly surprised with their caring, how can we help you attitudes. The phone staff was very professional. I explained my situation and also told them I have been looking for my tank for two days and had no idea where it was. They send a team out to help me find it, it did come with a cost but time is money and I greatly understand that. They called ahead of time and their personnel were prompt. By the time I threw on my boots to meet them in the driveway, the two gentlemen already located my tank and had it half uncovered. They snaked the main line to get the drainage working and covered the tank to wait for the pump truck. This allowed us to properly clean up what we hadn't been able to because we couldn't use the water. The pump truck got their a little bit later. Again we received a call advising they would be there and again very prompt. They shared a lot of knowledge and gave some guidelines and advise on how to better take care of the septic tank. Overall great job and I am positive they are in line with the top rated companies in the area. read more

This company has screwed us over for almost a year. They never diagnosed the problem charged us 1300 for work that didnt solve the issue and will not come back to fix it. They have been giving us the run around for 11 months. They do not return our calls. I was told a work order was put in and they never showed up. We are now running our home on 2 lateral lines which is damaging our septic! Horrible company! We put in a complaint with BBB and would not reccomend them to anyone. read more

As a female construction worker, take my advise and DO NOT use this company. There portable restrooms are by far the worst maintained I have ever seen. I've seen and used many different ones in a few years. This is the first time I have actually been terrified of going into one. The worst company to deal with. Needed a septic system. Took three months to finish the job. They would come and work for a few hours and ...what do ya know? They got called to another job. I lost an entire summer with a open septic tank. The owner insulted my wife when she called to complain. Said she was a bored housewife with nothing better to do. My property where they worked has been permanently destroyed. No clean up. Rocks all over the place. Unusable!!! The owner is who we dealt with. He made many promises and never delivered. Mr. Mc Williams and his staff were wonderful. After meeting four septic service providers, Got To Go finally said, yes the holding tank has some damage but let's first do a pressure test to determine if it is leaking. After it passed the pressure test and the 200 gallons of water pumped into the tank did evaporate into the second holding area they determined my system is in working order. Finally some septic scrubber pellets were added, and I should be good to go. Many of these companies see out of state plates and are quick to prescribe a new system. Got to Go, with Gotta Go!!!!
