This school needs to be investigated immediately. Keiser University already has MULTIPLE lawsuits filed against them for MANY reasons. All you have to do is google it. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO TO A BETTER SCHOOL because I wish I did! I actually made it to the very end of the Radiology program until the director of the program Marilyn Galvez aka "MG" and the physics professor Arnaldo Viana aka "Profe" both came together to purposely fail me TWICE. And it's $4-5k per class. When you fail, you also have to pay a $150 fee to re-enter. (How convenient.) Additionally, Profe demonstrated clear favoritism towards certain students, providing them with answers to quizzes and exams while excluding me and another student from these advantages. This behavior not only breaches the ethical standards expected of an educational institution but has also contributed to my academic failure. 'Profe' has a history of 18+ years of purposely failing students just because he can. Sometimes he'll show the answers in class if his least favorite students aren't around with the classroom door locked or they'll meet up after school or get together on a zoom call. That's not even all of it either. He's expressed to me on a few occasions he's been getting away with failing students for almost 20 years and how "they won't be getting rid of him because who else are they going to hire to teach Physics 1-3" this was said by Profe himself. I think this was his way of warning me that he had no intentions of passing me. I should've known! I went to the graduation ceremony and all.. which is funny that they seated the 2 students who failed the last class in the back row (because this was planned) and the other 7 students they knew they were going to pass in the front row. Keiser posted our graduation photo at the pinning ceremony with me & another student who was failed on social media to promote our class got a "100% passing rate.." FALSE ADVERTISING. They didn't mention they failed 2 of us in the caption though! They also have their employees and other students on campus write a 5 star review for them on Google to help boost their ratings because they're just so bad. MG is another story. I'm also not the first student that has had this experience within this school and I certainly won't be the last. MG has also intentionally failed students, including myself, and retaliated against those who voice concerns. Just ask Group 58! Her treatment of students appears to depend on personal favoritism rather than academic performance or professionalism. When I raised concerns about these unfair practices, I experienced direct retaliation, making it impossible for me to succeed in the program. Oh and don't go to Homestead Hospital for your clinicals!! That's another story itself! Unfortunately, I have lost all interest in pursing Radiology or any job in healthcare. Now I'm stuck with $50k student loan debt and no degree/ certification or license to show for it. Luckily, I already have a bachelors degree from a high reputable university, where I experienced none of this. Mind you, I was always a very quiet and respectful student to everybody on campus. Maybe since I'm quiet and stayed to myself, they thought I'd be an easy target. It's very obvious this school is solely based to run students' pockets dry to fill up theirs. Especially lower income families. And they will not care while doing it. And the staff is all in on it! I wouldn't be surprised if the staff receives incentives for failing students hoping they'd come back and give them more money. Keiser University's administration needs to be investigated by the Department of Education once AGAIN. Appropriate action needs to occur to ensure that future students are not subjected to the same treatment. The school has had a horrible reputation for decades! They're just trying to be more sneakier about it nowadays. It's 2025 and they're still doing students dirty. Nothing has changed! There is SO much to my story this isn't even half of it. Sad. For me to take the time out of work to write this review is completely unacceptable. I've attended Keiser university back in 2013, I've never notice an issue while attending the school, up until now when I got a call from a collection agency saying Keiser University drop my file on their desk for collection, and that this have been in collection since 2020, I then ask them why didn't anyone contacted me, we're in 2024, he says they just recieve my file . I've never recieved any phone calls or mail from Keiser University or their lenders that they pair you up with, this is completely unprofessional and unrighteous to the students who trust an institution for schooling, but not in Keiser university eyes. I repeat to all students who might have a pending application or thinking of attending Keiser university, This review is too prevent you new students who may have aspiration attending this school. I've never had this issue all the years I've attended college taking loans. 99% of my loans are in forbearance because I've recieved mail and calls for the 99%, and the 1% someone drop the ball, or not doing their job they were paid to do and contact the student and inform them or send the student notifications. A trust worthy institution wouldn't pair their student with lenders that are not trust worthy with their students. I tried calling Keiser University Pembroke Pines, spoke to ansar financial aid associate even he understood that this situation that occurred was completely wrong doing. The director of admission said he was going to get with the Financial aid director Yalisette Segovia involved to find a solution, I guess she did not care enough to resolve an issue but rather telling the financial aid associate ansar its not Keiser university fault and to call collections and figure it out. Dear Future Students, I repeat, DO NOT ATTEND this school if you don't want couple years down the road experiencing an issue like mines. If Keiser university with their so called good lenders they pair you with didn't drop the ball or was doing their job. I wouldn't be having conversation with you today. This is to save you from the pain and headache that you can get, by being blindsided because of an institution and their partner lenders which they would have to approve of those lenders for their institution to work with the students. Keiser university and their business lenders are completely unprofessional and mishandling student loans. I feel like being taken advantage of, I'm not sure if its because the way I look, or my name, I feel like my trust was violated by receiving this call from a collections agency, I had never gotten any notification prior to this phone call until 4 years later for a loan that was taken out back in 2013. I'm a current student here who's about to graduate with her bachelors degree. I'm one class away from graduating and my current teacher is not budging to move a muscle to help me. I'm not taking this cl a third time. This is ridiculous. I should've graduated back in December 2021, but Keiser insists that I take not one, but 2 Statistics classes. No other school makes their students take Statistics twice. I compared my courses to that of FIU and other local schools and I'm actually missing other key courses that I should be taking instead of dwelling in this class. Actually graduated with an associates, and attending the school was actually pretty great. In all honesty, majority of the staff is rude and helpless and you have to have a lot of self motivation. Also it's pretty impossible to get anyone to help you after you graduate...like getting your transcripts and stuff. The bursars office people are all shitty and have an attitude with you for absolutely no reason so, good luck with that. read more

It's funny because when you first attend the school it's all easy for them to register you And they explain to the financial aid process and everything a first time student should know I was seven months into the school getting perfect grades and I got impact of COVID-19 I dropped a class and I told him I will call them back as soon as I'm ready for school and they decided to register me back into two other classes that I was not ready for because of all the medication that I was taking I couldn't wake up early or do any type of work . So after I found out that I got charge for two classes that I never attended they were going back-and-forth with me saying that I never called to let them know that they need a proof that I had Covid mind you that I ended up sending them an email from the approved and they still didn't take me out of the classes it's been horrible service no one will help you they just try to take your money this school is a scam! I went there and I talked with an advisor he was really nice still the part that he told me that each year is around 8000 then I figure out that financial aid only covers 5000 so the rest I have to ask for a loan , that's not all they ask me to do an admission test and I thought that my credits from the college I Can transfer and then I don't have to do admission test ,well finally I did the admission test I didn't passed because is 50 ? "Fast paced" or "intensive courses" needs to be written off of this school. More like failure setup. In my case and my classmates who are going for the nursing program, start your prerequisite such as Anatomy 1-2 and microbiology right before your core, however your deadline for the teas test to get in the program is right before you take those classes and so you can't take the test without passing those classes first... and that being said, don't even try and ask the dean to change your schedule to have more time to study. Out of the 3 deans that I've met the only person that was helpful AND NICE was Michelle Armand. So let's ignore that we're throwing lots of money to these courses and school, some professors are THE WORST they treat you like crap and when you ask for help they ridicule you (computers). Honestly this school was a nightmare for me and my classmates. If anyone reads this Dr Rivera from psychology ,Olga Romero for math and Mrs. Markowitz from the writing studio are your only hope for surviving this school. Great school...a little on the pricey side..but worth it. I was looking into Nursing school and I was already enrolled in Miami Dade College so of course that was the first place I looked into. It seemed like I didn't get clear answers on a lot of things, they were pretty unorganized, and they just treated me like I was another number. Every time I would meet with an advisor I would get different answers to the same questions...it wasn't what I would expect from a higher learning institution. Then I went to Keiser University. I met with one of their counselors who took a strong interest me and career path. The nice thing about Keiser is you will always have the same counselor so you aren't going to get mixed answers...and they remember who you are...you're not just a number. She helped me through every step of the way, explaining everything thoroughly, and made sure that I felt like I was the only student that she was assigned to. Not only do you have your own counselor...but you also have your own finance person. After filling out a few forms..they looked into every possible means of financing school that I could be approved for (student loans, financial aid, grants, etc...). Had I gone to a different school I would have had to look into all these things on my own, and if you haven't done it before it is VERY confusing. They made the process painless for me. Classes are small so you feel like you get much more personal attention. It seems like the teachers actual care whether or not you pass, in comparison to some other schools. I highly recommend looking into Keiser above schools like MDC and FIU. read more

It's taken me a while to write this review. This school doesn't have much to offer. Yes, some teachers are amazing , they truly care. The financial aid department knows what it's doing and really helps the students. Such a shame their teaching model doesn't work. They try to cram you with information (the core programs) and when they see you struggling they just put you down. You're constantly under pressure and if the teacher or rather yet the director of the program doesn't like you for whatever reason you're screwed. If you fail 3 classes you are forced to pay out of pocket and just start the program over, as if one hasn't invested already time, money, and effort. Yes, programs have a high passing rate but it's because they eliminate the one's that need a little more time and help. Please do your research before attending. I wish I would've done mine and attended Fort Lauderdale campus or another private school before this one. read more

As a recent Keiser graduate, I am posting this for anyone who is considering attending Keiser University's online program in the hopes that they will consider other universities so they won't end up in the situation I am in currently. I just completed my business degree program with Keiser and come to find out that they will not release my transcripts nor my degree until I pay them a $2k balance which my student loans / financial aid did not cover while I was in school. This would be okay, if this had been communicated to me when I was solicited by their aggressive telemarketers to attend Keiser back in early 2011. What these telemarketers tell you is that you are required to pay $50 per month while you are attending school and that student loans and financial aid will cover the rest of your tuition. In addition, they rush you through the process as if you were purchasing a new car. Now I'm in a position where I owe $60k in student loans which I'm going to have to start paying on in 6 months, but cannot pursue a decent paying job because they will not release my degree or transcripts. The other thing I would like to mention is that nobody from the school will get back with you if you have a concern. This has happened to me frequently over the last 3.5 years. I emailed the dean on this matter and she simply ignores it and will not even reply. If you are considering attending Keiser, looking back, I would suggest you look into other schools that are more affordable. For the most part, the instructors are decent, but now that I'm finished there, I feel like I paid for a Cadillac and received a Chevy Cobalt. read more
