Then at 8 I get a call from the Tech who asked if I have stains (Yes I do and I explained that to the lady I made the appointment with) he then quoted me a price that was more than double the price I was originally told. When I disagreed he told me to find another company and he hung up on me. I called him back and told him he needed to come and I would contact the office and work out the price. But ...not only did the manager NOT call me back when I called and asked for a manager 3 times but the tech never showed up. When I called back the tech wouldn't answer and when I called the office they said I cancelled the service. NO I did NOT ...I sent a text to the tech who responded with "I came but you no answer your door" Ummm I have been here all day. He proceeded to ask for my address and then told me that his office sent him to the wrong address. He said he was on another job and wouldn't be able to come til evening or the next day. What!!!??? Do Not Use them!

Dr. Clean was a thorough professional. He answered our messages even on a Holiday weekend. He came…read moreout and quoted us a fair, standard price (unlike so many cleaners out here, he does not charge by the sq. ft.). We had him clean and disinfect after a downstairs flood. He was very helpful, taking the time to explain everything to us. He was also upfront and honest, and though he does water extraction and other types of jobs, he didn't push his other services. In fact, he refused to clean the rooms that were still wet because he didn't want to cheat us. He said that we'd only have to clean them again. He did everything just as he said he would, worked extra to treat and remove a dye stain caused by plastic grocery bags, and recommended a treatment for the areas that were still wet. I feel like I got my money's worth with Dr. Clean, and would definitely use his services again in future.

Employees in the store were a bit hard to find (no one want to work anymore) but when we did have questions everyone we had contact with was knowledgeable, willing to go dig around in whse to find stuff. There were at least 5 aesthetic things they did incorrectly, but they took so long to complete the job that I just wanted them out of my house. About 3 weeks later, all of the issues started coming to light. We called about the post-completion issues, and were told to "call licensed professionals about it." Which was interesting, because we were under the impression we had hired licensed professionals when we hired them to do the work. Buyer beware.

But by the time he walks into your house he starts quoting $400-$500 for cleaning 5 rooms. Then if you point out the specifications of the ad, he agrees, but beware he'll do a half ass job. All he did was spread dirty water all over my carpets. When he left my carpets were soaking wet, gray and dingy looking. If it seems too good to be true it is. Months later my carpets are so dirty looking and stained from the residue from the filth in his equipment my carpets have to be replaced. Be ware, be ware!!!! And don't bother trying to look for a supervisor the same guy answers the phone pretending to be someone other than the technician that destroyed the carpet. Bad acting, poor service, and absolutely no steam cleaning. It's like he stole a broken cleaning from the garbage at Stanley Steemer and tried to pass it off as his own. Noooo steam. Stick with Stanley Steemer or Dalworth. I regret it!!!!
