Dude is a flake. Quoted me $400 for two new valves. For some reason he couldn't replace the valves so he said he would "rebuild" them for $300. I said OK. After "rebuilding" one valve (with a $40 kit), he still charged me $300. Within 48 hours the valve started leaking again, so I attempted to contact him to come take another look (especially since he charged me $300). Dude totally ghosted me and I never received a response.. Of course he deposited my $300 check though. Lesson learned. It's cheaper to watch a You Tube video and just do things yourself. read more

In general, it seemed the owner didn't know what he was doing and underestimated a large home irrigation install project. I agreed to pay this company nearly 5k for a full home irrigation install. After the owner promised it would be done in 2-3 days, I had to come out and help dig after the third day. This was because he had to trench twice, since the owner told me to water the day before and the trencher did not work well in the mud on day 1. Maybe 0.5-4" trenches, where some pipe runs were barely an inch below the soil line. I complained to him on day 2 and he initially tried to convince me it would be ok as far as areation and freezing concerns. I held my ground and threatened to fire him, where he finally admitted retrenching was needed because the pipe depths were too high. He retrenched on day 3 and did a good job. I helped him trench and install on the weekend (day 4-5) and on the 5th day, he said we were "finished" and we turned it on to test the zones. The owner had mistakenly wired 2 of 7 valves incorrectly as well as connecting a head to a wrong zone in my backyard, which lead to two Non-functional zones and another zone with pressure issues (sprinklers would not work properly). He attempted to fix it on the spot, but ultimately left when it started getting to the evening and promised me to my face he would return as soon as the next day to fix the issues and complete the job. He said that he was booked, but would try to work me in given my partially functional irrigation system. I was feeling great at this point because the owner seemed like a nice guy, so I was still being patient even with the failure to deliver since day 1. Then late that same night (11pm) on day 5 I get a series of texts from the owner demanding payment that exceeded our original agreed price for the completed job. He claimed that my sprinkler system did not work because i had provided a design that I requested him to work with and adjust according to his experience. Note that at the start of the project he said this would make his life easier. In addition to demanding more than the original agreed amount, he said that he would need additional money to fix the new system he installed incorrectly! Fearing for the worst with this highly unprofessional behavior of blaming the customer, upping the original quote and essential extorting me to pay him to fix the newly installed system he messed up, I panicked and paid him just shy of the whole amount. Now I'm out a ton of money and need to hire someone else to fix this guy's mess of an install. This company is run by a dishonest owner who will take your money and walk away! read more

We had a leak at our PVB and several heads that needed to be repaired or capped. Keith provides an estimate that was better than 2 other sprinkler services. The total came out to just above the estimate due to the changes made to the sprinkler heads. They showed up on time, assessed the system, communicated what they felt needed to be done and then got right to work. A dog pawty Friday evening resulted in the backflow valve of the sprinkler system being knocked hard enough to crack the plastic pipe connected to it. Due to it being Spring and a Saturday morning, I had quite a bit of trouble finding someone who would repair the issue asap. Out of ten companies contacted, Keith was the one who was willing to help. It should be noted that I was not a customer of Keith's prior to my call. After explaining the problem, Keith offered to contact his plumber to see if he could work me in on Saturday as Keith could not. Keith contacted Buddy and made the arrangements for Buddy to come out and fix the problem on Saturday. Buddy arrived at the time promised. He diagnosed the problem and explained the solution, and then completed the repairs within a reasonable amount of time. The amount charged for the work was reasonable. I greatly appreciate Keith stepping up to help me find someone to repair the problem correctly and at a fair price.
