Nathaniel just came out this morning and I walked him to the front of the house to show him where the valve is, which is in a garden bed that we just planted with transplants. Nathaniel contacted me quickly and arrived as scheduled. He and his crew evaluated our needs, made the recommendation to replace our broken sprinkler valves, and also moved a few of our sprinkler heads which had been placed behind our fence so that the grass was not receiving all of the water. They also looked at our other sprinkler heads and determined they were fine, but they raised them a bit so they'd work better and feed our lawn. After performing the work, Nathaniel and his crew cleaned up. I'm very pleased with the work they performed, and I think our lawn is going to look even better now. He then asked what the problem was and I reminded him I had sent a detailed text with all that information . He claimed to have read it but knew nothing about the work to be done . So I explained it again and he gave me some prices, which were wildly inaccurate since he didn't seem to understand the nature of the work .
