I am Viet Nam veteran and have been through a lot. I have always been treated well and kept informed. If I felt I was not being treated well, I would inform them. Only had to do it once in 22years of using this hospital. The food has gotten worse but you can order off the doit yourself menu. Best choice is the Roast Beef sandwich. I called them every month to tell them to refile my bill to my Medicare. My husband had been laid off and all I had was my Medicare. I had no idea I had to call Social Security to let them know that I no longer had other insurance. So I got that fixed but they never rebilled my Medicare. Now they want me to pay a bill I called them every month and told them to rebill my Medicare. They said I had to pay it to be seen. I told them I was not paying a bill that Medicare would have paid at 100% and essentially one that was their fault it didn't get paid. Now I'm in a lot of pain and trying to find another podiatrist I can see now! I know I need a large bone spur removed that has my toe twisted. He will continue to lose patients is his billing department fails to do their job!

He spent a full two hours examining my eyes and reviewing the records he had to personally request from the first clinic. His assessment was completely different -- and far more reassuring. He explained that I have only mild cataracts, actually fewer than most people my age, and that my eyesight is very good. He told me plainly that nothing warranted surgery and that I should just use readers when needed. I appreciated Dr. Jeff Holt's (and staff's) honesty, his calm approach, and the fact that he didn't try to push any unnecessary procedures. It's rare to find a doctor who takes the time to explain everything clearly and prioritizes what's truly best for the patient. I'm very grateful I went to him.

This has been an amazing experience from my initial consult to my follow up appointment, one day after my surgery. I have met people with a common care or interest as me which is Animal, Rescue, and CARE, my nurse Sarah, who got me ready for surgery was amazing and we swapped fantastic cat stories about our babies so I will definitely not be afraid to go for my second surgery which I will probably do sooner than I initially thought my left eye is crystal clear whereas the right one wasn't OK I am 100% plus satisfied.
