Keith's was very quick to respond! I flew in and by the time I got to my house in Naples to discover that I had a broken spring, most places were closed. I shot off an email to which Kristen replied back in less then 5 minutes. She was able to schedule me the next day, in Season! I'm now back in business. I highly recommend Keith! I called because my garage door stopped opening, and he was able to come on a Saturday, as I work weekdays, and fix it for me. I was given a four hour window the day I made the appointment, and the day of the appointment, I got a phone call what hour in that window he would arrive. I cannot say enough goodness about Keith's Garage Door Service! Honest, reliable, quick - Keith installed a new garage door opener for me and serviced the garage door. He recommended the best unit based on my requirements and was fairly priced. after a horrible experience with Mo Better Allied Garage where they pressured me and we're going to charge me $2700 for a lesser model, Keith came in and performed the job for $750, a fair price based on the price comparisons I have done online of the opener units. My garage door was recently struck by lightening. Previously, I had experience with a large garage door firm in Naples and it was not positive - many call backs to get a job done. For my current situation I looked for a different company and with good reviews which led me to Keith's. Apparently My job wasn't straightforward because of the existing unit and it took a few trips to try to fix but ultimately I decided to replace the unit for not much more cost. The communication with Keith's was excellent and Chip did the work. He's very knowledgeable and is a good communicator. This review has nothing to do with garage doors and everything to do with employees driving the company truck erratically on I75, weaving as though drunk and aggressively tailgating at high speeds alternating with driving very slowly in the passing lane then weaving in traffic at excessive speeds.
