The initial quote to fix was $900 plus. I googled the typical US charge - 150 to 350 single spring and 350 to 700 for double springs. I contacted the technician back to check if double spring repair. No - single spring broken. I asked for a discount and was offered $730 to repair. I shared the national repair average and that was the best Mo Better could do. Why can they charge that? Because it is Florida and the average age resident won't challenge the cost and because THEY CAN. I think a better name for the company would be: No Better Garage - Not Even Close Shop around if the fix is not an emergency!
