They were hired for all air vents and a dryer cleanout on a 2,000 sq. ft. house, and particularly a bad smell coming in the laundry room. On the day of the cleaning Chris and Lee arrived during the agreed upon time window. I showed Lee around the house to the various vents and asked questions about the places I couldn't fully clear a path to the vent. The house's vents hadn't been cleaned during the time I've owned the place so it needed significant work. The same applied for the dryer. The cleaning took roughly 3 hours. I think they did a good job and made sure to take care of cleaning any messes their work caused. The one exception was the dryer blow-out which was left under the outdoor vent. My single gripe was that the final price ended up $100 over the original quote without discussion. However, it was clear that they had a lot of work to do that couldn't have been known without taking a look at things.

They offered a few additional services, which I felt were completely worth the price they were charging, so I had them also clean my dryer duct. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. I will recommend them to everyone and I look forward to using them again in the future, not only at my home but at my business.

An appointment was scheduled for the very next day because of a cancellation. The next day I received a telephone call before our appointment time to confirm the crew's imminent arrival. The crew of Al, Ryan and Karen arrived on time and did not keep me waiting and wondering. We toured the house together and Al explained what they were going to do. All 3 of the crew were polite, pleasant and professional. They took care to move and replace any furniture that was in front of the registers. They worked quickly and constantly, and I am satisfied that every duct was thoroughly cleaned. In the middle of the operation Al asked my wife and I to come to the basement to see what was being removed from the ducts - which confirmed in my mind that I had made a good decision. All 3 cleaned up their tools and equipment so there was no trace of their visit. Karen took care of the billing and received my payment. Altogether, the 3 were very efficient and effective.
