I called several times to check on the progress and was reassured it would be completed as soon as weather permitted. Fast forward over 3 months and my yard is still a complete wreck. There are still exposed pipes, dirt piled up and old pipes laying in the yard. I waited patiently for the weather to improve and give them a chance to clean up the mess. I have tried several times to contact them with no response. My sidewalk was torn up and left in pieces. My chain link fence was ran over with equipment, bent up and left half covered with dirt as well as my landscape edging. I'm not sure what's going on, as they were highly recommended with good ratings. But it's going on 4 months looking at a trashed yard is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They were paid over $1200 for materials and labor. I've reached out to them several times in the last 4 months and they haven't even come back to clean up the old pipes they left in the yard, or fix the mess they made.

He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on. Turns out, it was Gibson Electric's problem, although I had called them first and they came out and said it was not on their end. Jay spent hours getting to the root of the problem so we could get the heat back on. Jay is so nice, and very through. He was great! I saw him recommended by someone on Next-door and I'm so glad I called him. If you need electrical work he's your guy - you won't find anyone more reasonable, who takes such pride in his work, and who is so darn nice!
