Thoroughly disappointed with this service. I had to go through them for a warranty repair and everything up to this point was great, but they had never contacted me. After reaching out, they missed their first scheduled appointment, and came an hour late to the next one. They picked up my TV and I hadn't heard anything for over a week. After following up with poor customer service, they told me my TV was broken and I had to go through the whole process again to get it replaced. They never told the manufacturer or anything to simplify the process. Terrible experience and extremely unhelpful. read more

These guys were amazing! Saved my Microwave!!! My microwave bit the dust, it is a GE micro convection combo an expensive unit and is 12yrs old, I called GE, they were like "it a minimum $100 bucks just to send someone out to diagnose :/ I said OK send somebody out, guy comes out and tells me it's a $600 fix :( said I was better off getting a new one?! A new one is now $700! I called Keiths, they said bring it in and we will look, they diagnosed it, fixed the computer board that had gone bad for a $100, works like brand new! read more

This is absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with! I have had 3 appointments where the technician is a no show. I have cancelled plans and doctors appointments to be home for these appointments and they still have not even called to cancel, they just don't show up. I have now been without a dryer for 2 weeks. I cannot understand why Home Depot would work with these guys and I cannot understand why they are still in business. I absolutely would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. We took our 52" LCD in; because the input ports weren't working. They charged $59 up front to look at it. In a couple days they called and said that it would be an additional $400 to fix. You can buy new 52" LCD'S for less than that. I took my TV home, without them fixing it. Looking at the invoice that they gave me, they had the size and model # wrong for it. Not sure how that happened. I ended up buying a part for it online and fixed it myself. Cost $97, and took me 20 minutes! It works great! What a rip off! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was setup by Samsung to service my TV under warranty. They do NOT communicate. I had to constantly call them to set up an appointment. Justin lectured me about how his company covers the entire state of UT and how he has to group appointments together. I'm unsure how this is relevant to me since it was his business decision to service a greater area that he can handle. They made an appointment and were supposed to confirm in the morning but never called. I decided to call them and he told me that he couldn't get a tech out. I asked why I wasn't made aware and he couldn't answer. They make appointments to accommodate their schedule needs rather than the customer's. To top it off, I called Samsung to have a different company come and I was notified that Keith's TV had closed my ticket as they have been at my house and my TV was fixed. They don't only have awful customer service but they are fraudulent. If you have a Samsung warranty, ask for a different company. UPDATE: Mr. Keith called me and tried to pin his bad customer service on me. Asking me to understand how awful it was for me to expect a worker to take time away from his family to come and do a job outside of their business hours. He tried to make me feel bad for making an exception for me to accommodate my schedule and come on a Saturday. Although I asked for their hours on Saturdays, I understood they didn't work; the only thing I asked was to get a time frame to have my TV serviced so I can let my boss know that I needed time off. They told me anywhere between 9-5 and I asked for a 4:30 pm appointment. Mr. Keith, told me that a 3 hour job couldn't start at 4:30 pm (first time I heard the job was 3 hours) since their worker wouldn't get home until pass 7 and with rush hour even later, taking time away from their family. Perhaps, Justin should of have mentioned that the job was 3 hours and should of have given me a smaller time window to chose from. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE AWFUL! I have an LG fridge that has a warranty repair order and Keith's is who is contracted through LG for my area. It has now been three weeks since the repair order was started and they are telling me they still don't have the parts they need to do the repair. What is the most frustrating thing is that they never call me to keep me updated on what is going on, even though I talked to a manager and specifically requested that they do so. The receptionist literally told me on the phone that if they called every customer to give them an update, they wouldn't have any time to get anything done. Just think about that for a minute...So, in other words, she just told me that they are so backed up that they don't have time for silly things like basic customer service. Is that a company you want to do business with? Not me! Working with this company has been a nightmare. I have NEVER experienced such horrible service. My brand new LG washing machine has been broken for almost 3 months. Since it is still under the manufacturer's warranty we have to go with who LG wants to send out. I filed my first claim back in March and it was over a month before the repairman could come. It worked for less than a week before breaking again. Round two and we are being completely ignored. I have had to call and beg them to please get this fixed. They have no showed several times when they have said they would come. Yesterday I had to have an LG rep call Keith's and they promised it would be fixed by today. I took the day off of work so someone would for sure be here. I called this morning and asked for the owner to call me. It's no surprise that no one showed up and the owner didn't ever call me. Keith's TV and Appliance Repair was amazing to work with! My microwave stopped working 2 days before Christmas. They went above and beyond and had it repaired for me the next morning which was Christmas eve. They gave me the option to come to my home or bring it to them. I took it in and for $ 22.00 they diagnosed it and applied that toward the repair costs. From the first phone call I made, to the repair technician approving the repair before doing it, to the call letting me know the repair was complete and it was ready for pick up their customer service was impeccable! I am a customer for life for all of my electronics and small appliances. Thank you Keith's! read more

these guys are absolute idiots, they were supposed to pick up my tv a month ago on July 5th but then made up excuses for two weeks, then when they finally picked it up, they ordered wrong parts and proceeded to take until today August 6th to deliver it back to us in a worse state then when we gave it to them. If you're job is to fix tvs, learn how to do it. Don't make me wait a month to find out that I need to go somewhere else to fix the dang thing because you're an idiot. Not sure what the guys name was because he answered everything I asked him with an excuse or lie. He was an absolute flake, idiot, and can't believe I let him into my home to "fix" my tv. First, I took an Adcom gfa-555 amplifier for repair. The technician told me that it was just cheap electronics and that I should get a Pioneer or something. Anyone who really knows, knows Adcom is one of the great amplifiers made for "mid-fi". It was laughable. I gave them another shot later on. I took in a Rotel cd player for repair. The lady, then the technician, told me they couldn't get parts for it. I asked him why. He said, "because its just cheap crap from China". In jest, I asked him if I should just get a "Pioneer". He said, "yes, they are the best". I just laughed and told him that this Rotel was a 1200 cd player. The guy was a joke, just like the last one with the Adcom. If you have cheap, Japanese electronics, go ahead. If you have good equipment, don't waste your time with these clowns. read more

Worst service ever! The man that came to get the tv was complaining before he even got to the stairs. He let my friends do most of the lifting while he told me I needed to at least lift. Eight days later I hadn't even had so much as a phone call. When I complained about the man that came out and how rude he had been to me and my friends he told me I needed better friends. This company is an absolute joke. Somehow they are contracted with our extended warranty service provider to service our LG washer and dryer. They do everything in their power to avoid driving to Park City from Orem to fix our appliances, plus they have no idea how to. In the latest saga with these guys, our dryer needs a new belt. We made the appointment through the warranty company, and yesterday when they were supposed to show up, they call me and tell me our dryer doesn't have a belt, and they want me to do some diagnostics myself, i.e. take the dryer apart. Really? By the way, Keith, look at page 40 of the parts manual for our model dryer and it will show you how to change the BELT on our unit.I knew it had one because it had been changed before. The simple fact is these clowns don't want to come to Park City from Orem, and they also have no idea how to fix washers and dryers. We had similar issues with them 2 or 3 years ago with our washer where they cancelled the appointment, then argued with us on the phone regarding what the problem could be when we were standing in front of the washer reading them the error code. They are arrogant, unprofessional, have the worst customer service I ever experienced, and have as much ability to repair washers and dryers as anyone walking down the street.
