Three weeks later, I called to follow up, and they said they had decided to stop fixing laptops so they could focus on phones. I can understand narrowing the scope of your business, but they should've at least fixed the laptops they still had because simply deciding not to fix something you said you would fix for any reason other than it not being fixable is just terrible business. And at least if they weren't going to do that, they should've called me and told me what was going on so I wouldn't have to keep waiting. To be fair, they did say they had tried to call me one specific day a week and a half in, but I checked my phone's history and I didn't receive a call from them that day. They might have dialed the wrong number, which is understandable, but they should've made more than just one attempt, and I'm pretty sure they had my email as well. Obviously, I realize this exact thing probably won't happen again, but it is definitely possible that they will treat your situation carelessly the same way they did mine.

After reaching out, they missed their first scheduled appointment, and came an hour late to the next one. They picked up my TV and I hadn't heard anything for over a week. After following up with poor customer service, they told me my TV was broken and I had to go through the whole process again to get it replaced. They never told the manufacturer or anything to simplify the process. Terrible experience and extremely unhelpful.

Very great service. My iPhone fell on the ground and ended up with a cracked screen, damaged LCD, and a lack of touch screen responsiveness. I was researching the various repair places and found the best reviews here. The reviews are true! I set up an appointment with Mint Repair and it was repaired in around 15-20 mins right in front of me. The customer service was excellent. There is a lifetime warranty. The scheduling is great. They are open later than usual repair shops and you can drop off your iPhone or they can come and meet you. Their prices are also the lowest or match the lowest prices I have seen from other repair services but Mint Repair does it much faster and at your convenience. Totally recommend Mint Repair over all the others and will go back if anything else happens to my iPhone! read more

Took my iPhone X for a screen replacement and back glass repair and they said it had water damage. What? I dropped my phone on the ground, not in a lake. I'm not even into the outdoors. I would avoid this place at all cost, first they told me their screens where back ordered and I had to wait 4 days for them to arrive and now they are telling me that even with the new screen, the touch function doesn't work. Seriously?! They are extremely fishy and disorganized. I was "helped" by Kent. What I think happened is these guys are either mixed up or they took the good parts of my phone to resell them to other customers. I regret taking my phone here instead of the Apple Store. read more

Mint Repair is amazing!! I called today to have my iPhone 7 Plus repaired and was able to get an appointment same day. Kent helped us and had my phone completely fixed in half an hour. After having called and attempted to work with the Apple Store to get my phone fixed, I'm way happier with the service I received with Mint Repair rather than the Apple Store. The GPS on my phone was not working. It was not easy to diagnose exactly why. John at Mint Repair was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He tried one adjustment but indicated that a new part would be better. When the part came in, he was able to fix it. I was at the Provo center street 4th of July Festival and John was there with his booth. Showed him my phone. Which by the way the screen was completely shattered. After a ride or two on the roller coasters he had it all new again with a new screen protector. Which was put on perfectly! Loving my new screen! Thanks John! read more

My Samsung phone screen went black and needed a screen replacement. They had to order the part to repair it. Mint phone repair was so great to work with.
