Morgan Electrical Services were very nice and came out almost immediately. They were pleasant and professional. From what I can tell they did a great job of installing it 15 years ago and I have nothing but good things to say about the company and the gentleman that came out. I was disappointed to learn that the computer board was fried for no apparent reason. It wasn't hit by lightening. It did not get wet. It did not undergo undue stress. It simply fried. The price for a replacement was something like $1200. Considering the limited wear and tear on this Kohler generator there is no reason for the computer board to go bad. This is certainly not the fault of Morgan Electrical Services though. My dealings with this company was supurb.

My stove went out and after buying a new one, it couldn't be installed because the previous homeowner hardwired it to the pane. I called and made an appointment. Corey was dispatched to my house and looked everything over and gave me options on how to fix everything. He was upfront, honest and after we talked about everything, I picked the best option for me. After looking everything over, he realized my circuit breaker had failed and he replaced it. afterwards we tested my old stove and not only did it work, but it was better now that the correct wiring was installed. I cancelled my new stove and Cory saved me close to $1000.00 with the fix and not having to purchase a needless expensive replacement. All I can say was that Cory and Service Professor was above and beyond what I had expected to experience and I would highly recommend them if you need any work done around your home. One week after " completing" the job, I had electrical failures upstairs. They came back corrected their mistake. Second week during a renovation project the builder discovered the old nob and tube wiring they said they removed was still intact and ACTIVE!
