We called Mangan food truck to ask about their catering service and were DELIGHTED to find they offered adobo, lechon kawali, pork and chicken bbq skewers, pancit, sisig, beef caldereta, kare-kare, lumpia, dinuguan, inihaw na bangus, desserts and more!! Basically everything you could think of to satisy any Filipino food cravings! Mangan arrived at the event hall promptly with over 12 trays of food to feed 100 people and everything went like clockwork!
