I am VERY HAPPY with the service I have received from Kelbach's. They have been able to come the day after I called to service my appliances. Back in May, Alex replaced the ice maker in my Samsung refrigerator. Today Joe came to fix my LG front load washer which needed only a filter cleaning which he showed me how to do myself in the future. My LG dryer ended up needing a new part which Joe had on his truck and was able to fix immediately! Both Alex and Joe were awesome to deal with. They are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and show me the problems with my appliances. They both cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of my home. I needed a tech to fix my dryer right away. Google pulled up Kelbach's for a local repair service. A real person answered the phone! He was friendly and courteous and set me up for an appointment the next morning. The young man rolled into the driveway right at the appointed time, shook hands and introduced himself and got right to work. Before 40 minutes were out, he was finished, everything was working properly, and the cost was very reasonable. I've had Best Buy, Sears, and a host of other repairmen over the past 40 years, and I've come to the conclusion that it's way better to hire someone local who runs his own business. She was very polite and courteous, she was also empathic to my situation and I felt as I just made a friend. She sent out Jeff to access my needs. We were given a two-hour window when the repair person would arrive. Joe arrived early in that time span and was informative and easy to deal with. He explained the two possibilities of what the problem might be, made a recommendation, had the needed belts in the truck, and quickly fixed our older washer. I needed my dryer cord replaced from a 4 prong to a 3 prong. I didn't want to do it myself, because of safety concerns so I called Kelbachs Appliance Service.
