In addition, my new dentist's front office staff mentioned they have had contentious exchanges over obtaining patient records. I understand someone having a bad day, but this is an ongoing problem in their office. I want to believe the managing dentist is not aware of how some of the front office staff treat patients and . If they were aware, I would think they would provide their personnel with training in customer relations. I will not be back.

Since the facility's renovation several years ago, the waiting room is spacious and comfortable, with complimentary coffee and calming décor. The exam rooms are also more spacious and have TVs attached to the ceiling for patients to watch during their procedures. Everything looks so nice, like the reveal from an HGTV show. The piéce de resistance is the charming powder room. It features a glorious mural of a moody swamp scene painted by the practice owner Dr. Murphy's high school-age daughter.
