They had multiple no shows--no calls to reschedule, nothing. They just didn't bother showing up. This went on for months. Then they had the audacity to say that they had completed the service even though previous emails said they hadn't and they hadn't shown up since. I gave them multiple opportunities to remedy the situation and they didn't. I even tried calling the owner and got ignored there too. The service was for my 80 year old mother and they really took advantage. They said they'd been there and done the work when they hadn't. I was so frustrated--they ignored my emails, calls, everything. If it was just a few bucks, I would have let it go--lesson learned. However, it was over $1000. Luckily, a friend mentioned that you could file a claim on PayPal--which I did. It took some time to sort through the emails and take photos, but PayPal eventually reimbursed me every penny. I love PayPal as much as I dislike Chelyboo and their awful customer service. Some advice--STAY AWAY!!!! Call someone else or do it yourself.

I requested a quote through yelp and Santiago contacted me quickly and was very knowledgeable and helpful to me during this hectic time trying to get the house ready for the new buyer. My only complaint is that they left the job site having not cleaned up and then said they were waiting until the day of the inspection the following week. I am not buying it. He also went above…read moreand beyond by assisting me with contacting my homeowner's extended warranty company to obtain partial reimbursement for a 13" x 7" drywall opening caused by a plumbing repair from a previous water leak. Because of the location of the leak, Oscar and I agreed that installing an access panel would be a better long-term solution than simply patching the drywall, especially in case there are future water issues in the same area. Oscar contacted the warranty company again, obtained approval for the access panel, purchased the necessary materials, and completed the repair the following day. I'm very pleased with the service and professionalism I received from Oscar and would definitely use Top 1 Drywall again for any future drywall repairs.
