Contacted property poster regarding question and was immediately emailed an application to fill out with total disregard to my question...not what I requested, but ok??? Rental was listed at 3,300 and agent proceeded to let me know that out of the 80 properties they manage they have no properties remotely close to that range that is in my budget. This is interesting as I was born and raised in the area with relatives active in the local real estate market and that is around an average monthly price that we charge for our rental properties and the going rate of similar rentals in the area. The agent came off so incredibly rude and pompous, I'm not looking for arrogance and an asshole response...I'm looking for an agent to assist me with a rental that wants to make commission and clearly this is not the company to assist with that! Will not name names, but advise to please steer clear of this company at all costs unless you want to deal with complete lack of the local real estate market and arrogance on another level. HORRENDOUS! I was connected with Keller WIlliams via realtor.com and in 2 weeks I have dealt with the worst broker I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. I found the location and did all the legwork and need an offer letter only, when I spoke with David I was told this is no problem and easy , I discussed costs and was told it would only coast me $775 for his work on this place. The offer letter was signed and he did NOTHING for 3 days. I called and asked for an update and was told he had never submitted the offer letter, 3 days wasted. He then sent an offer letter that the seller would pay his 3% compensation, something we never agreed to! The seller rejected the offer, and that was all David did. I had to reach out again to do a higher counter offer and it was rejected because the seller did not want to pay for Davids commission he added on. This caused me to lose this house. David never offered to find me a location, never worked with me on any step of the realty process and would not let me out of the buyers agreement. I found a SECOND house on my own and did all the work with the selling agent, David again added his commission and the offer was rejected.. I demanded David cancel the buyers agreement over the phone(he would not), via text, he would not, and via numerous emails. I even had to get a lawyer involved to draft up a notice of termination of the buyers agreement. David is continuing to fight and add clauses into the cancellation even after I spoke with Scott the "boss" of this location. Scott contInues to say he will help and to not worry about the clauses in the cancellation yet will not remove the clauses and end this nightmare. It has been 2 weeks of the worst customer service, the complete lies of fees and "services rendered" when there were none. I am reporting them to the BBB and the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) as the calls and emails are harassing, misleading(completely lying on their part) and it has caused me to lose out on 2 houses I found, viewed on my own and worked with the sellers on my own with no help from David or Keller Williams. I tried to work this out with both of them and nothing was resolved so I am forced to leave reviews to warn people to NOT work with them at all ever. I thought the point of a real estate agent was to make the house buying process smooth, easy, and safe not to get both offers rejected because of an added cost that was never relayed to me ever. I met James while I was looking for a house to rent in the San Fernando Valley in 2018. James approach me and asked if I was interested in owning a home rather than renting and paying other peoples mortgage. I told him that my credit is bad and there is no way I would qualify. James told me I may still qualify for FHA with my credit score. I didn't take him seriously at that time. He gave me a number to call his friend Tammy to see if I qualify. I was apprehensive at first because I thought it was a waist of time. Never in my lifetime imagine I can be a homeowner . And to my surprise, I qualified and was pre approve. James worked tirelessly along with his team of expert Ellie Thompson, Tammie and Karlie Watters to get me and my family our dream house. There were many hurdles, setbacks in getting my first house. But James fought hard and assured me he would get me the house ThatI have chosen. After a few months, James and his team made our dream come through. And now Iam a proud homeowner. How obnoxious for a company like Keller Williams to make solicitation calls. It was irritating this morning when I answered the phone and spoke to the male representative. "Do you know anyone who might like to buy a home in your neighborhood?" He asked. "No, I'm sorry. I can't help you with that." I replied. "Are you interested in selling your home?" He asked. "No, we are happy where we are right now." I replied. "Would you like to refinance your loan?" He asked. "No, we are fine. Thank you." I then politely said goodbye and hung up. Within around 4 hours, they called back. The same number: 818-491-4581 (see pics attached with times to prove my claim). I answered, and as soon as the person said "Hello," they heard my voice and hung up. I tried calling back and only received a message requesting that calls should be made to the main number. (818-491-4581). If you're going to call someone, at least keep a written log so you don't call again. I thought solicitation calls went out like 10 years ago. read more

Victoria Mejia-Sanchez was the selling agent for the property I recently purchased together with my father. Our entire experience was very unprofessional and Victoria was needlessly rude to me the one time I actually spoke with her on the phone. There was carelessness, untimeliness and a lack of attention to detail in all aspects of the dealing. Time is of the essence in business transactions, especially the headache that is escrow. It seemed as though Victoria took her time in getting back to anyone with pertinent information. The day we were to do a final walk-through of the home before signing loan documents, Victoria herself did not show up but sent her assistant. As I walked into the home I was in escrow for, the assistant decided it to be professional to eat her lunch in what was to be my new home. It smelled unpleasant when I walked in and I was nearly nauseated by this. I also opened my "brand new refrigerator" to see that there was old, molding, food and half empty water bottles and trash already taking space in the so-called new appliance. There were tons of questions to be asked regarding the repairs that were to be made on the home by the seller and the assistant could not answer any of these questions, leaving her to text and call Victoria while I, my father and my realtor all awaited a response. We were told by Victoria that an addendum for repairs would be available at the Keller-Williams office in two hours, when we were due to sign the loan docs. When we left the home, with repairs not made although they were supposed to be, we headed to the KW office. Upon arriving, there was much confusion as to who was assigned to assist us. Victoria was unavailable for personal reasons, the escrow officer came in and out a few times and then we were left in the conference room alone for long periods of time alone with the notary, who was actually very pleasant but had nothing to do with the transaction except to notarize the papers. A day before we closed escrow, I called Ms. Sanchez to ask about men working that would be coming in and out of my home over the weekend. She sternly and rudely said, "It's not your home." I was appalled that she would say such a thing to someone who was due to record the next day. It was very unnecessary. After moving into the home, all of the items that were to be repaired were still not repaired. The for sale sign was left at our house for two months also. I wouldn't prefer to do a real estate transaction with Keller Williams again. read more

Don't buy a house from these people! They are completely irresponsible and unresponsive. We entered into escrow and 9 days later they wanted to back out because seller did not want to sell anymore. We ended up having to buy something else but have to pay rent on our place and locker for another month. We got a few different stories about why she couldn't sell but then it was back on the market in two months. read more
