Nothing like celebrating a home purchase with more ibuprofen than champagne. Realized the home's new dishwasher had a component which wasn't installed, but the directions were still there. Removed a toe jam and got it fixed up. Our agent had come to closing but forgot to give us a final bill for close to $2,000 dollars for misc things, so I needed to meet & take care of this bill and other forgotten things the week following closing. Since purchasing this home, we've had worrisome trees removed and driveway widening work done. Wish we had budgeted for extra stuff.
