Jessica Vooz- Keller Williams Real Estate

Jessica Vooz is smart, driven, honest, and reliable. She has helped us buy, sell, and rent homes,…read moreand will be a lifelong partner. I can always count on Jessica for any questions or issues that I have with my rental property, and she is always able to get the job done.

I had trouble with this group. Jessica was my selling agent and very hands off. I didn't know…read moreanything when we started the process of selling and I believed that Jessica knew what she was doing and I trusted her, she is very convincing. Her approach however is a little hard to swallow. As things moved forward I felt Jessica was very disconnected from us and learned that she was spending a lot of time in broker classes and not with us on a personal level and I didn't like that. We didn't have much guidance regarding presenting our home. I felt that their answer to everything was reduce. Granted we started in the beginning of winter which we were NOT discouraged to do but non-the-less were reminded on multiple occasions that was the reason the house wasn't selling. The other agents in her group were okay. The mortgage lender they work with was helpful in spite of a lack of communication and confusion regarding funds. My buying agent Kimberly Rosado was nice. She was also the go between for Jessica most of the time. I spoke to her more often than any. Even though she constantly reassured me they were putting all their efforts towards our cause, I often felt in an her attempt to deal with my concerns, she was placating me on both ends which made me feel uncomfortable. I did all the house searching myself. The system they had us set up in was sending properties that were in the wrong areas, unavailable because they were mobile homes or foreclosures, and the price range was unworkable. They refused to set us at the price point we were looking for and the homes we could have bought were not sent to our attention. They couldn't fix this. We needed a contingency agreement and were originally told this was the norm and people did it all the time but I got no help from their end finding a home. I would see something on Realtor.com and give the info to my agent, then she would call and arrange a showing. She was nice enough but she didn't do anything to help FIND a home for us, and when we were all done, she told us she had a housewarming gift and would drop it off in the morning at our new home but ... nothing ever arrived and she hasn't spoken a word to us since. Even though she said she goes by here all the time. Many times e-sign documents would be difficult to open or they wouldn't get them to us in reasonable time so Joe could get it signed within the time allotted. We ended up being homeless because they delayed telling us some paper wasn't completed and because of the delay we sold 5 days after our original settlement date. Ended up in a hotel. We were assured in the beginning that generally they did the sell/buy settlement on the same date at the same location but with three cats in the car we drove all over the area from office to office for both the sale on Friday to the purchase on Tuesday. It was chaos and there was no representation for Joe at the sale table and had he not known how to do this (accounting degree) he wouldn't have noticed an error that could have cost him a couple hundred dollars. The buyer agent for the buyer of our home made a $900 mistake in the price our home and we had to $300 of that too. All in all I don't think Jessica's negotiating skills are questionable as we had to pay 5% closing for the buyer as well. At least Kimberly got us half closing for our purchase. Which is fair. I often felt like we were second priority because our budget started out much lower than it ended up being and I believe they put more effort into higher end clients. I am sure "I" found our forever home, now I should never need another agent again. If I do I would NOT use this group again. It's sad when after closing on the purchase of your new home and the buying agent tells you she has a housewarming gift for you and then she just blows you off. It just confirms the BS they dished out to us. I would say that sums up most of this process. I can't recommend these people to anyone who needs to be walked through it. It's not how they do things.

If you don't care about how your driveway looks, then DCI will be OK for you. However, if you do…read morecare, and you are expecting good customer service to fix any issues, I do not recommend DCI. I am going to share my latest email to them (sent on 6/28/25 and still unanswered as of 7/8/25), to explain my experiences with DCI. I have pasted it below. I will update with any communication / remediation they may provide. "**This email is directed to Joe, or whomever is the current owner/ manager. I am writing to provide feedback on a recent sealcoat job you folks performed at my home, and subsequent performance of your staff. For some perspective, based on the recommendation of my neighbor, DCI sealcoated my driveway in September of 2021. The team did a poor job, with much debris left on the driveway. I communicated the issue to your office admin, including pictures. She indicated that someone would come out and remediate the problem. I never heard from her, or anyone, again. In March of this year, I received a call from your Assistant Manager informing me that it was time to seal my driveway. I explained to her that I was reluctant to use DCI given the previous issue. She looked back at the communications, apologized for the issue and offered a great price for service to be performed by your top team. I accepted the offer and, on April 22, the work was performed. Overall, the team did a very nice job. However, as you can see in the pictures below, a minor crack "repair" turned in a major scar on the driveway. I realize it is just a driveway, but they, clearly, used way too much of the product to seal a thin crack, resulting in a large, unnecessary blotch. To determine if this could be remediated, I sent the below email (a separate communication) to your Assistant Manager on the same day. However, I never received a reply. Oddly, on June 18, I received a voicemail from the Assistant Manager telling me that it was time to have my driveway sealed. I returned the call to remind her that it was done on April 22, and to ask why I have not received a response to my below email. She investigated and told me that the reason she did not reply was because the email address I used was only for promotions / marketing emails, and that she doesn't normally check that email. She then told me that she would talk to the boss, who would be back on the following Monday, 6/23, and see if there was anything that could be done to make it look better. Needless to say, I am still waiting for someone to contact me. As you can imagine, this has all been a bit frustrating. I can deal with work that might need a touch up or redo. However, not responding to a customer query is a major issue for me. I would really appreciate it if someone could get back to me with an answer. My goal is to simply determine if anything can be done to smooth out this repair. I would like to include in my online review that the company is responsive and does the right thing to address issues, if possible. Regards,"

Negotiated a quote from DCI, but when they showed up they had a preprinted price on a task sheet…read morethat was $65 higher. Then the crew chief said it was because of more cracks than they expected (but they were omniscient I guess as they had preprinted the price). So a bait and switch operation. I declined the service.
