The friend was helpful and kind but really didn't know our market or have any relationships with other realtors in our area. We had problem after problem because we were FHA buyers with little cash to put down, and our realtor seemed to lose out on every offer we put in. That said, we got frustrated and decided to make a change, so our friend referred us to Alex. As many reviews will testify, Alex was amazing from start to finish. I'm going to keep it simple/honest in what I was most impressed about: His communication is amazing. He's always available, always returns calls quickly, always informative and answers questions fully and patiently (we had MANY). His "know-how" was incredible. While other realtors told us "no way", "cant be done", "i dont think so", "its just the way it is", etc. Alex was savvy and strategic in his approach. If you need any proof, look at my deal...we were first time buyers, FHA loan, 3.5% down and we STILL were able to close our deal against cash offers. To make the deal even more complicated, the house was a PROBATE SELL IN FORECLOSURE. And will still won the deal via FHA. As most realtors told us previously, "dont bother looking at probate prices, you'll never get it with FHA against cash buyers". I can go on-and-on about the drama of our deal, but the point is, Alex was a rockstar and never let the deal get away. He's an incredible advocate for his clients and an all-round great guy. First of all we used to collect the rent and he let us use the extra space of parking for free for doing that favour. Next thing you know he is charging us $120 for parking there while still collecting the rent. One of the main problems is that one of our neighbors constantly hit the shared wall, well past 10pm and constantly waking us up in the middle of the night. contacted him multiple time and he would just leave me on read. That's NOT A GOOD LANDLORD. I've spent $200 on a camera and another $200 on a dashcam to show him evidence that he wanted. Did he care about that? No he didn't. It kept happening for half a year. Not to mention those same neighbors would block the driveway multiple times. Those apartments are ROACH INVESTED FYI. All the apartments needed updated, so he let everyone stay while construction was going on. But because we complained about the neighbors he needed us to move out for them to remodel our unit. He also said those neighbors also were sent a letter that they also needed to move. Well my family lives across the street now and low and behold. Those neighbors who were told by me from Dale that they were also be needing to move are still there.They apparently were saved to stay by Dale's e so called "right hand man"(very bias man who's best friends with those neighbors)So if you're moving to those apartments just know your neighbors are going to be repeatedly hitting the shared wall past noise ordinance and they can certainly do no harm and Dale is always gonna side with nuisance neighbors. I have been told by a friend that still lives around there as well that those same neighbors blast music til 2am and the dumpsters are one of the filthiest in the entire ally, since everyone there leaves their garbage on the floor. Don't rent from this man! Trust has been lost! If you want peace and quiet and actually be heard and listen go somewhere else.

We had an idea of where we were looking, and Kina…read morealso suggested specific communities that could also be a fit for us. when walking around and touring homes, Kina was able to estimate the cost of a remodel so we could get an idea of what offer price would make sense. We decided to buy a fixer and have no background and remodeling. This can be a really daunting experience, but Kina walking us through the process, made us feel comfortable and at ease. When it came time for the inspection, she had an entire team of vendors who could come and give us quotes. She brought in her general contractor, mold remediator, termite inspector, general inspector, and HVAC inspector. And she helped us lock in other vendors that we wanted to bring into the home during our inspection. She also recommended that we got a sewer, scope inspection, which I didn't know about until she explained why it was important! There was another buyer who backed out before us and the seller wanted to put the home back on the market. But because Kina had consistent and strong communication with the listing agent, they reached out to us first. By the end of the transaction, Kina had spent hours on the phone with the listing agent to plead our case to get the offer accepted and to negotiate a credit from the sellers for over $20,000. Kina has expert knowledge of how to move through a transaction and make it happen for her clients! It was also great that she has a team! Her assistant was on top of getting us all of the information that we needed quickly and coordinating inspections for us. They sent us calendar invites for every major event so we were always on the same page. There were also times where we needed a last-minute showing, and she was able to have one of her team members who is also a local expert come show us the home. I absolutely recommend putting your house hunt in Kina's hands! She makes the entire process smooth and educates you along the way
