STAY AWAY! At the time we worked with this agency we were required to sign an exclusivity contract that obligates us to be stuck with them when looking to purchase a home and I quickly learned why. Lots of promises made that then were not followed through on and master manipulation. Another tip if you're stuck with this agency like we were, don't let them use their own hired inspector for the home you're purchasing. We ended up with an absolute money pit that every single engineer and contractor that has come out has said should have been discovered during an inspection. Hire YOUR OWN inspector that actually has your interest at heart rather than helping shady agents close a deal. Please find any other agency to work with than this one. I find it incredibly intrusive and rude that their agents continue to knock on our doors and bother us during dinner to tell me one of their clients is interested in our home that is NOT for sale. It's incredibly terrifying and creepy that not only will they ignore this, they'll somehow be able to dig up your private information - phone number/emails/etc - and then proceed to contact you AND your children to sell them your house. It looks like this is a persistent issue that their company refuses to address based on the number of other reviews stating the same. If you're willing to work with a company that's willing to do this to other people speaks to your character as a human being as well. read more

In Summary: As a first time home buyer I would absolutely not recommend KASE. They were all very warm, kind people and our experience is certainly bias as first time home's who wanted to feel like someone had our back and had a little time to help walk us through the process and paperwork. When we found ourselves very alone, time and time again, combing the internet for answers. The bonus is we are totally ready for our real estate examines! Update, almost a year in and we are still facing issues that came from poor communication / oversights from our KASE Real Estate team. Pro's: 1. Very, very nice agent and team. Con's: 1. It was hard ever getting a straight answer out of our agent and when things didn't add up it was always "a technicality" that I simply wouldn't understand. All communication felt scatterbrained and disorganized. And I had to push to get answers (if any could be had). This continued with the paperwork, we ended up reaching out to our loan company for guidance. They took the time to help us understand the process, the paperwork, and actually saved us money! This may be my first rodeo, but it felt like that would be our agents job. Again, we felt like we had to be extremely careful step by step through the whole process, because nobody on their team was looking out for us. 2. We honestly felt like our agent had the sellers interest at heart more than ours especially during negotiations, in fact at one point we were told "I am just trying to make sure the sellers are happy". The one sentiment we never felt directed at us! Who cares if we're happy!? I'd imagine it was pretty clear we were not happy. We were told we had the upper hand to ask for repairs needed by our agent, but so confused when we were dissuade by our agent not to ask for what we felt was fair to make it a safe live-able home. 3. We felt our requests were not communicated to sellers eg. every time we visited the house post offer-acceptance (eg. inspection) the selling family was there. On the second visit, I was very clear that I didn't want them there and was told they wouldn't be only to find ourselves in the arriving to a whole family yard sale. Made for a very awkward times with the sellers grandma following us around asking us what we were doing and if we were serious buyers. Buying our first house turned out to be an exhaustive, mostly miserable experience, and I don't think it needed to be. Honestly, I'm kind of bummed on that, but we own a house now so.. onwards and forwards. read more

If I could give zero stars , I would. I just found out that my offer was beat by an offer that was $10k less than my offer. Only difference was a 30 day close vs. 20 day close. I could have easily closed on day 20 if there was a counter. On paper , it seems to be a normal 2.5% commission close. This sounds unethical to me. I will never buy a home or even look at a home from this office and I will be sure no one else does as well.
