I got in an accident over a month ago and they still have my car. My insurance estimated it to be 8-20 days. It's totally ridiculous. They keep blaming it on the car part "being extremely difficult to find"...I have a hybrid Jetta. Not only have I been paying out of pocket for a rental car this entire time, I'm still being forced to pay the body shop my deductible. Worst experience I've ever had! Every week they say it will be another week. read more

They take advantage of sweet nice ladies. My mother called AAA for her car not starting because the light was left on in the cab of the car. Keller sends a guy out to get it started, he hooks it up starts it the turns it off 1 min. later. he takes the chargers off and tries to start it again and amazing it doesn't start. then he test It and says it's a bad battery. By the way this is a 2017 Acura RDX with 7000 miles on it. First of there is no way the battery was bad, (and magically they couldn't find the battery to retest or give it back to us). Second, The manager Rick says " it is not in our protocol to ask if the battery is under warranty" which is nuts, especially for a brand new car. Bad business!!!! Rick also said if I want to get the battery back I am more than welcome to go up and get it in Pennsylvanian. read more

You'll never find a better auto body shop than kellers! Great honest knowledgeable group of people that work with your ins company to get your car repaired and back to you within a very shirt period of time. And they are beyond fair with their prices thus your ins company doesn't have to are take a huge hit with an enormous bill. Had my car back in less than a week and their customer service s A+++++++++. I highly recommend kellers to anyone. I let them know I would have to be paying out of pocket because my insurance screwed me!! She tells me oh like 2000$ ... but we need to get a better look at it ! Then sends the estimate to my email but it goes into my spam email so I kept checking my email and didn't see estimate... so so finally checked my junk mail and Seen estimate for $8000... now if she would have told me that from the get go I would have just had car towed to my house .. her knowing that I didn't have money to be throwing around specially we just went to a hurricane so I'm already out money with that situation! So anyways I go to get my car and she tells me 160$ I have to pay or I can't get my car... like charges me 60$ for doing and estimate and then $25 a day for my car sitting there why she was going to do the estimate now if I would've known this from the get-go I would've just had my car towed home and she really told me if I didn't pay the 160$ they would put a lien on my car when I have a loan on the car they have NO compassion for people and telling me 2000$ to 8000$ like she knew that from get go that it would be much more then 2000$ she told me that so she could managed to at least get whatever they could get out of me which is wrong and I usually don't ever leave reviews or anything but the way they do things specially after a hurricane hitting here and I told her my situation so if you don't think your insurance going to cover things don't take your car here because they charge you for estimate they charge you for storage and I have a home where my car could go I did not need storage!!! Like knowing damn well they aren't hurting for money and to charge me and then really tell me they would put a lien on car they even sent me a letter in mail talking about lien sure u can keep the car and u can make the payments to you greedy no heart having people ... that's what's wrong with this world people like that greedy no compassion kinda of people read more

We have been in business for 45 years. We are a preferred repair shop for AAA and a direct repair facility for many others. We are a NAPA Auto Care Collision Center. Some insurance companies will try to relocate your vehicle to other repair shops to get it fixed for cheap. We don't work for the insurance company we work for the customer (you!) We specialize in collision repair, but no job is too big or small here at Keller's. Stop on in for a free estimate, we look forward to meeting you!

History

Established in 1971.

Keller's started in 1971 as a Shell Gas Station. It was only Mr. Keller and three staff members at the time. Since then it has grown to include a Road Service Department, Mechanic shop, and Body Shop with around 40 staff members. We have had our contract with AAA for 45 years, and we are a NAPA Auto Care Collision Center.

Meet the Business Owner: Jim K.

Mr. Keller was inspired to start this business by his father whom also owned a service station business. Mr. Keller has enjoyed seeing his business grow, and loves being joined by other fathers and sons employed here. He prides himself that this is a family business from the inside out, and credits his many years of success on his mission statement, "Always do right by the customer."

I've used Hobson's for years to service my cars but noticed declining service quality and rising…read moreprices since the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite that I decided to take my 2009 Toyota Matrix for an oil change, tire rotation, and AC recharge. I agreed to an AC diagnostic fee of $139.95, with no issues found, and an AC recharge fee of $145.00. Three days later I took the car for a ride to check the AC function. After an hour, the AC started blowing warm air again. On top of that, a hubcap fell off because the person who did the tire rotation did not reinstall them properly. I took the car back to Hobson's to find out what was wrong since he had just diagnosed the Air Conditioner during my first visit. Mr. Hobson said the AC compressor was faulty and needed replacement. I'm not sure why the diagnostics did not find this issue, but I had him replace it. After the compressor was replaced I left the facility only to find the horn was not working so I immediately returned to Hobson's to get that fixed. This raised major concerns about workmanship. Finally, a short week later, the vehicle overheated on a dangerously busy bridge due to a failed compressor pulley and broken fan belt. When this happened, I did not have the car towed back to Hobson's for him to fix it due to a lack of trust and the poor workmanship Mr. Hobson and his staff performed during two prior visits. I decided to take the car to a different mechanic who was highly recommended. This mechanic found the issue with the new compressor was due to two bolts on the compressor head coming loose and wedging into the fan belt pulley causing the pulley to stop turning and belt breakage, which lead to overheating and coil pack damage. This was because Hobson's replaced my compressor with a cheap Chinese part for which he charged $720.00. Similar compressors are available for under $175.00 on Amazon: AC Compressor Fit for Corolla 2009-2010 1.8L L4, Matrix 2009-2010, Matrix 2012-2012, xD 2008-2014, A/C Air Conditioning Compressors with Clutch Replace for 8831002370, 8831002450. A conversation with Mr. Hobson after the incident ended without compromise or a refund offer, as Mr. Hobson insisted that I should have given him a third chance to fix the AC correctly. More importantly, he ignored the poor service I received despite the pledge in his ad to, "only do necessary work, we never overcharge, and we guarantee the job will be done right." I did take the defective part back to Hobson's hoping Mr. Hobson would refund me the money I paid for the part. He did not. What he did was get me a new compressor that is now my responsibility to sell somewhere to try and recoup part of my loss. If it were me, I would have refunded the client the cost of the bad part, in my case, $720.00. You can use Hobson's for your car repairs if you choose. Please understand the service has gone downhill and the prices are going up. In addition, Mr. Hobson does not honor his pledge to guarantee the job will be done right.

My car was pulling hard to the right, so I thought it needed an alignment. They inspected it and told me it didn't need one at all. Instead, they found a different issue (I can't remember exactly what it was), and the repair ended up costing much less than an alignment. They could have easily told me they performed an alignment and charged me more, but they didn't. They chose the honest route, and that says a lot about their integrity. I've since scheduled another appointment because my A/C is blowing almost nothing but warm air--which is definitely not doable in Florida! I'm grateful to have found my go-to shop for anything related to my car. It's such a relief to know I can trust them to be fair, honest, and not recommend repairs I don't actually need.

The very first time I went to him was when I broke down just a shop over from him when I was running a couple of last minute errands before taking off on a road trip the next day. Worst tow experience I've ever had. I scheduled a tow for a simple flat tire. Dispatch told me to leave my keys under the floor-matt as I wouldn't be there due to a meeting. They called me saying that they left and weren't able to tow my car because I wasn't there to sign a damage-waiver and that my car was "too damaged" to tow. As I explained to them earlier, it was just a flat tire and I would not be there due to my meeting. They ruined mine and my mechanics schedule. Stupid and rude manager, but sweet dispatch girls.
