The store sold us defective flooring. Our installers confirmed it was defective, our contractor…read moreconfirmed it was defective and even someone at the LL store confirmed it as well. The edges crack when clicking together. However, the store refused to let us return for a full refund. Their policy is to charge a 25% restocking fee even though there was a manufacturing defect. Even in our case where everyone agreed it was defective the "regional manager" still refused to refund. So we are out 25% and the money it cost to pay our installers. They also had a customer service rep call us per their policy from overseas who had no idea about our case and also refused to refund our 25% fee. I'm assuming they plan to resell this defective product since we had to pay for "restocking" which seems criminal. I have never encountered a store with such a horrible policy and negligent upper management. We plan to sue them for the 25% they owe us because that is only fair.

The install company which they used also did amazing job asking if they can arrive early. We also had great conversation with the install group as they were friendly courteous and highly skilled as a professional I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a high quality install at great prices. This went on for 2 months. After the initial call they never called me back. Finally after me calling them weekly they came again to look at the floor with a representative from the manufacturer said they would see what they could do for me and call me in a few days. That was in December and I haven't heard from them.

David and his helper did a great job installing our carpet. They were very careful carrying long and heavy rolls of carpet through our home and upstairs (which included a very tight turn) without making a single mark on our newly painted walls. Our master closet had many contours along the bottom of our custom shelving units and and they tucked and fastened the carpet seamlessly. At the end of a long day they took the time to throughly vacuum all of the carpet AND cleaned up every little "fuzzy" off of our driveway (where they rough-cut the carpet prior to installation). We have been so delighted with our experience that we've decided to have Neo Flooring provide and install additional runners and an area rug to cover parts of our hardwood floors.
