We called today to find out why it wasn't disconnected and if we can get the $108 back that she paid. They said someone must have made a mistake so we can enjoy the service until July 4th. They told me they can't refund the money even though it was their mistake. I'm going to drive to the local Metro store to see if someone can help me.
