I called again late morning to see if I was able to get out of home as I did not know what was happening that day as no callback .(I had shut my water main and boiler off prior)I was informed they would not be there that day and plumber from I guess plumbing division would call back. No call back. Next day I took day off got a jackhammer ,broke up floor to find leak , had another plumber friend come over do repair, closed up floor ,carpet will go back down tomorrow . I would not ever recommend this company due to there lack of response and common courtesy. I know help is an issue everywhere etc. however all it takes is a callback. Bad way of handling future business and referrels. So the public may know.

There was a miscommunication about the distance of the panel and the distance of the outlet but Ben kept the estimated quote as it is. He even went to the house in the middle of fathers day celebration to drop off the missing wire. Now that's what you call a businessman. I learned a lot from our conversation today. I will definitely put some solar panels on the house. He's the kind of guy that you would keep. can't wait to see the pendant light! The Generac 7171 wireless unit I was looking for was in stock and they were able to schedule the reasonably priced install to be completed within a couple weeks. The quality of the communication with them including Kelly in the office and the installation work and efforts of the owner Mike, electrician Anthony and team was exceptional. Mike and Anthony are both fully licensed master electricians and their attention to detail is very evident in their work in every way. Responses to any questions I had were handled in a very professional and thoughtful manner. Any of us who have had our Generac installation and/or service work completed by Long Island Emergency Power in Deer Park, or will have in the future, are very fortunate individuals. They were punctual, quick and knowledgable. They ran wires to the area we needed and set up a new outlet for an RV. I don't know typically what a project like this would cost but they were able to get the job done for what to me seemed like a fair price.
