I am not sure if they are the…read morehighest quality, I know that within the Choice selection they do not seem to be the "Top of the Line", but they are holding up quite well and are very attractive. We recently had three under counter cabinet drawers that were not closing and were making a little ping noise. When I removed the drawers I could see that a little gray plastic part was broken. I was not sure how that affected the closing of the drawer, but it clearly was not right. I found Choice Cabinets online and called the home office totally expecting this to be a hassle. Not so, the operator transferred me to a person who looked up my address and took down my information, and in a matter of ten of fifteen minutes said she would sen out replacement hardware that should arrive in about a week. Three days later the three now rails arrived. They were easy to replace, maybe ten to fifteen minutes each and the draws work perfectly again. BTW, they are the same hardware but the closing mechanism is a little different, so I suspect they have been improved over the other design. It was great experience to have the manufacturer stand behind their product.

Tara has an open and collaborative approach while adding her experience and design knowledge which resulted in a kitchen I could not have imagined on my own but reflects me. Details of the design and layout were greatly paid attention to. The kitchen has great flow and function as well as beauty. I was given ideas and resources but was allowed time and freedom to look for backsplash tile and lighting that was not in their showroom which enabled me to make the kitchen mine and unique. I do wish as much detail was paid to execution. Craftsmanship was stellar. However, I was the one paying attention to details on some work such as clean up, scratches to be repaired or alignment of drawers/doors. These were always taken care of urgently after I brought them to K&B's attention but I would rather they consistently checked work along the way. I also feel they could have been more consistent on cleanliness of site. My space was fairly open to other rooms but there are walls. Some of the the tradesman hung plastic and cleaned up after their work, others sanded without any barrier nor fans leaving me far more to clean up than expected nor necessary. Every single person who entered the home was respectful and pleasant. I trusted them to be in the home while I was not. I definitely recommend Kitchen & Bath Etc. and Tara. Had a referral to use Mike and his company for a roof replacement several years ago. Showed up and…read morepromised the job would be done right and in a timely manner. It took his crew TWO MONTHS to install a small home steel roof. During that time we had several leaks and the crew leader shook it off saying "I have insurance" as if to say "not my problem we cannot keep a schedule or install roofing correctly". Called Mike several times to get this corrected and the crew showed up at my house upset because I called their boss! Mike had also promised some "gift cards" to make up for the inconvenience (never saw them, was happier to see the crew finally leave). And lastly, we are still having issues with our porch roof leaking and they never bothered to even email, phone concerning the issue. My advice from our experience is to steer clear of this contractor at all costs!
