Went to get a fill and my nails were bumpy. I felt that it was rushed. I will not go back here .

This is the worst nail salon and ownership, I have ever experienced in 30 years of getting my nails done in many different states. When I asked to speak to the manager after getting my services, (I was quoted for twice at $105) I was being charged an extra $60 on top of what was already expensive service. I was informed only after my services and trying to pay, that gel polish is $25 extra dollars! And the design on my acrylic that was almost exactly like French manicure (usually $6 in LA, $15 at this place) was also another $29. Total, I paid $200 for acrylic nails with nude polish and for a half ass pedi with glitter polish on about half my toe nails. I am from CA where I get my nails done at organic salons for less than half this price, even after the pandemic and inflation.. This place was using dirty utensils and towels and inconsistent in performance to say the least. Then, Paying here... ---- I mentioned multiple times to person on phone and each tech, I had just moved here and not one person mentioned this up-charge for gel. The manager screamed at me said "I was wasting her time" I assume just by asking for her, because she wouldn't answer me.. I tried to pay, as she stormed off and said "hey! I still have to pay!" But she was already bad talking me to another customer. I said hello?? Ok.. so I start for the door. And 3 people chase me out front, as I said "you ran off, I said to you, I still need to pay multiple times". "And this is a place I will never return to, or a way to conduct business" so unprofessional! When I asked the guy finally helping me check out, who did basically a child's nail polish job on my feet, to please split it between 2 of my cards (because I was not expecting to pay this extra $69) he again charges 1 card for full amount. Then has me use his own calculator to show him what half is. I still tipped both techs more than I usually tip any nail tech and reminded them that as a new customer, I would never be returning and $25 is an insane amount to charge for using gel polish. The woman doing my nails was rude the entire time she did my nails angry, because I asked her to make them shorter than she kept insisting on doing and the manager (If you could even call her that) was the most disrespectful and rude woman I've met. And I moved from SO CAL where nearly everyone is rude. And everything is usually twice as expensive. * Except for getting nails done at Kelly T's in Casa Grande AZ. Steer clear. My nails look terrible and they are crooks who do not care about ethics, quality or making a customer happy. read more

PLEASE DONT COME HERE!! When I asked if they could do the set i showed them from a picture the wife said yes so i continued waiting about 40 minutes. After the husband had painted the French tip, he then told me that they did not have the diamonds I wanted, and that the 3-D flower would take too long he kept saying he would give me a flower, so I trusted the process and just went along but when he finished, my nails turned to be chunky, and the length was uneven the nails are cut different lengths.. and I wish you would've told me he didn't have the stuff before he started! read more

I was trying out a new place but I should have read the reviews before I went.I got a new set done... I asked for almond and got a sloppy flat stiletto I was telling myself it's fine I got charged $65 But as the day went I notice some discrepancies and I ended up going back I got some excuses and was told they could fix it too an almond but I would get charged $55 for the work. I got my nails done here a couple of weeks ago. I had a nail where the polish broke off. I just stopped in to get it fixed and he told me I didn't get my nails done there because he didn't have the color. He was lying. Plus he put powder finish on the nails and then gel on the top telling me all I would need next time is a different gel color. This place is more expensive than other salons. PLEASE do not come to this nail salon even if it was your last resort. The owners wife harassed & called me trash in front of all the customers. I was getting a fill by one of the nail techs & asked for French tip. I noticed the nail techs French tip work wasn't good before she finished doing French tip on 2-3 nails. I kindly asked the tech disregard french tip & just do a gel solid color. The original nail tech gets up frustrated says she doesn't like it & they have me move seats so the male owner can start my nails. The wives owner wants me to pay for 2 services french tip & change of color. In the middle of all the chaos, another client starts calling me trash. After the service I paid & left. I had an appointment for Sunday at 12pm for me and my daughter. I get there, a woman asks me how can she help me. I told her we had an appointment. She insisted on telling me that there was no appointment for that time. She then ask me who did I make the appointment with. I told her I didn't know. She then insisted that it might be the Kelly T nails down the street. She asked me the phone number of the nail shop I gave it to her she says yes that's not us. I tell her thank you and I began to leave. Once I go out the door and look at the number on the door it was the SAME number!! This lady just lied in my face!! Now I am upset!! This place deserves "no stars"! I stepped about 4:30 and no customers were there-big warning sign when the place is empty. I asked for waxing for my eyebrows and upper lip area-the female wife of owner did not do a good job at getting the small (left behind) hairs. Then she put a sticky type goo all over my neck area...like what for? Only did a Gel Polish Manicure which was $45. All this time-the Male&Female never asked my name nor told me their name and spoke in Vietnamese. Total cost was $97. I happen to be in Walmart-Casa Grande and asked the owner how much for a waxing for brows & upper lip-he said $20. I asked how much for a Gel Polish manicure-he quoted $32. Walmart's price is $52...w/tip $60 compared to Kelly T Nails. Most other bad reviews of Kelly T Nails are stories of customers charged nearly $40 more for the same service. Overall, this business "cheats customers" -there is no price board on the walls and the techs (male&female-not sure if they're married) but they charge an exorbitant amount for the same services elsewhere. I do not like getting cheated by charging me a really high price for basic services. It's not surprising why they have no customers! read more

I went there the gentlemen was very nice. However I got my nails done as well and they lasted 8 days I have one nail left. I was on vacation and they all fell off during vacation. They started lifting after the next day. The price was way higher than advertised I paid $80 just for some plain tip nails. Very disappointing... pedicure was over $50 when it was advertised as $40. I had a great experience here! I've been driving to Chandler because I'd had a few bad experiences at recommend nail salons in Casa Grande. My friend was visiting and needed a fill. Kelly T is close to my house and had an opening. The man did her fill and it was beautiful. She was impressed too. I made an appt to come back for a pedi and gel mani, which I don't do often enough. Ellen did both. Pedi was awesome, hombre gel mani was beautiful! I get more compliments and people asking where I got them done. I added a brow wax as well. They're friendly, the place is lovely, clean and they follow sanitation guidelines which I pay attention to. read more

I love this place. I come here every time I'm in Casa Grande. The owners are really awesome and friendly. I have loved my nails every time I've ever gotten them done here. I'm not understanding why the reviews are so negative because I've never had a bad experience. They are really clean as well. They open up a new pack of utensils for every pedi. I'm here visiting for the holiday and needed a gel mani-pedi before I returned to NYC. I hate going anywhere but my beloved Spa Ella in Brooklyn, but this place was okay enough. It's super clean and nice . The man who did my pedi was fantastic- took his time and the hot stone massage included in the regular service was awesome. Did a really neat and careful job from start to finish. The older Asian woman, on the other hand, was rushed and not super nice. She didn't like my preferred style of very short and round nails, and I had to be extra firm with her about what I wanted, not her! I had to tell her three times how I wanted my nails filed, so that was lame. Annoying. Then she rushed the mani by not doing the initial first base coat (the one before the clear shiny base coat) and didn't do the usual round of painting just the nail tips for extra wear. When I got home I realized that three of my nails had snagged on my sweater, so I had to file them! That's just crazy. So it's 5 stars for the guy who did my pedi and 2 for the older woman , who seems like the owner. Next time I'm in town, I'll be trying another place, unless I can request the guy to do both my hands and feet. Avoid the old woman and you'll be fine! :) UPDATE- I'm never going back to this place. My gel Mani lasted less than a week, when they normally last for 3+ weeks. The polish is chipping and coming up at the cuticles. Pathetic. If this is your only experience with a gel mani, I beg you to go somewhere else. They should last much, much longer than this. (Please note- my pedicure done patiently by the male technician is still shiny and perfect.) Do not get your nails done by the older woman- total rip off. This girl did my nails so fast -2 days ago and the gel already peeling. So disappointed. I asked her if she could even my nails out cause one hand was longer than the other. She said she didn't understand what I meant so she did this weird filing thing after my nails were done. So LAME! Very poor gel mani and pedi. The gel started lifting the day after my nails were done and I was able to peel them off. The salon was hot and my toes had bubbles on them after I left. The service was not friendly. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience after spending $75. I will not be going there again. read more

STAY AWAY FROM KELLY T'S NAIL SALON! Let me explain what happened to me today: The place I normally get my nails done has sold the business to someone else. I don't care for their work and their reviews are not that great so I have been looking for another place to go. I know this is going to be a long post but I feel like I need to get this out there so please bear with me. I went to Kelly T's on Cottonwood Ln here in Casa Grande today. There was hardly anyone there so I thought I hit the jackpot. A lady and two young girls getting pedicures (almost finished) and a lady in the front waiting for her toes to dry. I walked in and was taken to the back and was seated at the desk and was told someone would be right with me. While I was waiting, three other people came in the door and wanted the same thing. They were told to have a seat in the lobby and someone would be with them in a moment. The owner sat at my table and asked what I wanted. I told her, she reached for the drill and looked at me then looked down at my shirt (pictured here), turned around to the man doing the pedicures and said something in Vietnamese and left me sitting there without saying another word. She brought back one of the ladies from the lobby and started her nails. The man then came over to me, asked what I wanted, looked and me and then my shirt and left me, too. He went to the lobby and got the other lady and started her nails. All in all, I waited about 50 min and nobody said a word to me after that. I picked up my purse and walked out the door. Not a word was said to me as I left. Those of you that know me know that my entire family, including myself, are Veterans along with many of my Friends. I support all Veterans and many Veteran groups. I have NEVER been treated this way in my entire life! I will not ever go back and will make sure that everyone I speak to knows Kelly T's treats their customers like crap! read more

Staff is extremely nice but the lack of customer service when you walk in leave a lot to be desired. When you go in with your friends there is no way for all of you to get pedicures at the same time simply due to the lack of staffing. The pedicures are very simple no matter what package you choose. They basically cut your nails and cut obvious dead skin but do not do thorough trimming around the nails or get dead skin, etc from under the nails. Also each time I have left the polish seems to chip off after a few days. I have tried this place 3 times now and I have come to the conclusion that they will never improve as service is always the same so I no longer will waste my money in this place and neither should you. read more

The service was awful. My sister and I waited for over an hour and a half and had signed in and they were still taking people without appointments in before us. Then when I finally asked how much longer it would be, the owner told me it'd be another half hour and that my nails would look ugly anyway because I bite my nails. Well, after moving here 5 years ago, I've finally found perfection! I was shopping at Dillards and noticed the clerks nails. I asked her where she goes to get such nice looking nails. She replied "Michael @ Kelly T's". I just had Michael do my nails and let me tell you....I couldn't be more pleased. Furthermore, the salon is absolutely spotless. Decor is top notch and everyone was so welcoming. Michael is by far, a master at his craft. Highly recommend!! read more
