As Dr Lambert has a closed practice, I had to go through some hoops to obtain a referral for a consultation. I also endured almost a month's wait as this was during the holiday season. Despite these minor annoyances, Dr Lambert was nothing short of outstanding. After a comprehensive and inspiring one hour consultation, I cannot praise more highly the care provided by Dr Lambert. Her diagnostic skills are unrivaled, and this was matched by her professionalism, patient listening skills (asking appropriate questions afterwards, without interrupting the patient's train of thought), copious note-taking abilities (she filled my medical record page both front and back with the smallest of details), and empathy. I especially appreciated her hand-written notes updating me on new lab results, as well as personally calling me three times (we ran into an unfortunate game of phone tag) before reaching me, then spending ten minutes going over follow-up questions I neglected to ask during my last office visit.
