Dr. Ebadi is a rare gem in the pool of concierge physicians. She is always responds in a timely manner and frequently goes over and beyond the call of duty to insure that her patients get the very best care she can offer. She is humble and gracious and always willing to listen. She offers helpful personalized suggestions as opposed to using a cookie-cutter approach to healthcare. She takes the time to get to know her patients and their individual, sometimes very unique, circumstances, and will adapt her approach accordingly to provide the very best of care. Not only is Dr. Ebadi a brilliant physician (imo), but she is a physician who is kind with a warm and approachable demeanor while always remaining professional. That is a rare combination, indeed. She is outstandingly trustworthy, and you can bank in her advice. She will not hesitate to tell you if she doesn't have an answer, but will endeavor to seek out solutions or and research to get reliable answers...even if that means reaching out to colleagues. She will not leave you hanging. I feel so incredibly honored to have had Dr. Ebadi as my mother's physician. She treated my mother with such tenderness and attentiveness. She thoroughly reviewed her history, conditions, and adjusted the medication protocols as necessary to meet my mother's changing and progressing circumstances. I hate it when I have an appointment with a doctor and end up waiting a half hour to see them. That's never been the case here for me so far. Stay away! It is likely that you have landed here searching for a USCIS approved doctor for your green card medical exam. The doctor herself is good, but her staff and receptionist are horrible professionals. They screwed up filling in my forms, which resulted in the USCIS sending me an RFE letter that I had to follow up. When I went back to them to rectify the changes, the receptionist Pam was unapologetic / rude and not exactly the most co-operative. She along with the nurse make a sad customer facing team. Also, they do not work with most of your insurance providers to get you the immunizations you might need for your green card application. Do yourself a favor and find another establishment that has some level of professionalism and does not screw up your paperwork. read more

I was looking for an immigration medical test doctor and this was much cheaper then the others I found. The staff was very helpful and nice. I was missing some documents and they said I could email them later which made things very convenient. The doctor herself was quite nice and took her time explaining things to me. I will never go back to this doctor again. I see previous reviews stating they got next day appointments...note that these reviews are from 2011. I have not been able to get a simple physical because they barely have appointments within a two week time frame. I finally got one for next week and they declined to tell me that I needed to fast before getting blood drawn (first timer so I didn't know and you'd think they'd mention it). I took 2 hours off work and sat in rush hour traffic to get my blood drawn just to get there and hear that I cannot take the test. Complete incompetence on Dr. Ebadi's practice's part. Now when I call because I need to talk to them about this...they are closed for the day. At 1pm on a weekday. And they're not open weekends. Janky practice. I had to see Dr Ebadi for a green card application as she is USCIS approved. This exam is kind of a scam for doctors, as some ask about $500, and don't let you do the required exams on your own (I have Kaiser, so most of those exams were free to me). Dr Ebadi totally agreed with that (which make a lot of sense), and charge a lot less than most of the doctors in SF. She was also really kind and nice. I would recommend her as a primary care doctor, or anyone looking for a USCIS doctor. read more

I've been to this office twice for USCIS medical exams and the process was quick and easy both times. There was no issue with the exam paperwork either time, I had to get it done twice because the first exam lapsed while USCIS took additional time processing my application. The cost is reasonable ($195) and the whole process didn't take longer than 1 week from initial appointment to having the final paperwork in hand. One thing I would advise is that this office doesn't take insurance, so if you need a vaccine to pass the medical exam, get it somewhere where your insurance covers it and send them the records. read more

I would not ever go back to this Dr. again. Very rude, rushed, no compassion at all, and there is a very high turnover with her office staff so you can imagine why. I saw her for a condition I had and she could not tell me what it was. Still, she prescribed me something she "thought" might help. Couple of times I've got some tests done for serious issues, and they keep me waiting for days, never calling back. I've had to call back and ask if they received the results. They were negative both times, but it really stresses you out & you'd expect them to call you to let you know they're received the results! Once they did a test and missed telling me I had to come in next x days and I couldn't come after x+1 days. I ended up coming after x+1 days and had to redo the test! Came as a part of the USCIS process and it was GREAT. I looked at other places near were I live but had many bad reviews. After searching online I found this place and it did not disappoint, I am glad I came here even though it's a far drive for me. Able to get an appointment right away, reasonable price, received paperwork right away, tell you exactly what you need and are honest about it and the front staff, Roxana and another lady there that I did not get her name were very friendly and professional. Let me start off by saying, I'm only giving one star because it's the lowest it'll allow me!!! With that being said. I DO NOT recommend this place! It was a Friday morning as I'm taking a seat with my 4 kids. There's a young women leaving. As soon as she steps out, the "office manager" begins to say she "doesn't care that the clients skin is sensitive that she should go back to her country if she doesn't like the process" and finishes off by saying "idk how she graduated college" I am in awe by her negative attitude. As the Hispanic receptionist peeks over to see if I'm watching or listening she just sort of smiles. Then this bitch yes BITCH says to the other girl there "are these people here for an appointment bc all those kids need to be outside!!" That did it for me, I could see if my guys were being loud or running around but they were sitting quietly. I get up and say "your rude" and she proceeds to tell me they have other customers....so I tell her I'm a paying customer as well and if it happens that others walk in I would tell my kids to move and I add that I had enough of her talking about clients while I'm sitting there and the other younger girl says "well she said that back here between us" I'm like definitely not to yourselves if I heard it!!" THEN she has the nerve to say if you don't like it then you don't have to use our services!!! Totally uncalled for! Right??!? I was pretty upset so I asked if she was the office manager and the Hispanic girl informed me the older women was. Then Dr. Ebadi walked out and asks what the problem is? I say your worker here is rude! She's talking bad about other people, directing her comments about my kids to the other girl there instead of asking me nicely to step outside with my kids, which I would have gladly done if she had asked in the right tone! And again this bitch speaks from behind the doctor and says well I didn't know you spoke English!! And I tell her to keep quiet bc I'm not speaking to her! So she finally stays quiet! The Doctor totally oblivious to her unprofessional hires is trying to explain to me why they don't allow children so on and so forth!!! I don't care I get it at this point I'm just upset at the way that was spoken around me! I tell the kids to wait outside while I fill out the forms and I continue to hear this bitch talking to the other girl about me! Nothing bad but why are you still talking about me if your not providing service for me ( I was here for my mother by the way). I finish up and wait in the car with my kids and a couple minutes later the doctor comes out to try to apologize again this time trying to tell me that the previous client had been rude to them and that I didn't know the story... personally not interested but I should never have to hear two medical professionals speak like that about a client! And finishes off by saying that the "office manager" has been upset bc TRUMP won! I'm thinking to myself she sounded like a TRUMP supporter by her illiterate comments about other people's situations ... My mom got her exam done. I would never go back much less recommend anyone to.
