Ray has many tools in his toolkit to give the best upgrade to any job. I've asked Ray to do a water…read moreline on a fridge, set up the washer and dryer for our new home, replaced the outdoor faucet (that the previous owner welded on), and replaced the mailbox with a cemented post. All done great. ALSO - when he hauled cabinets out of our front yard, and we were out of town, he noticed our garage door was partly opened. He called me when we were on the East coast and fixed the door with a five-gallon paint can so it wouldn't keep popping open. (We replaced the garage door this week.) Thanks, Ray, for keeping an eye out on your neighbors.)

Let's just say that Ray cares about his customers as much as he does the job he gets done…read more Sometimes people over-promise and under-deliver (which is just the worst). And businesses often under-promise and over-deliver (which is rare, and oftentimes a selling point). Well, Ray over-promised and over-delivered (is that even possible?) Our water heater was in its last days and I could tell it was going downhill fast. It was a Thursday evening and I was losing hope that I'd get someone before the weekend hit. Well, Ray to the rescue. He responded via Yelp Thursday night letting me know to give him a call first thing Friday. Well, I did. And Ray walked me through step by step what it's going to look like and that he can come in Friday afternoon to get the water heater replaced. He answered all my questions BEFORE the job, made sure I knew everything I was going to purchase BEFORE he purchased it all. I was in the know and he did not try to sell me anything else I didn't need -- which I always appreciate. In fact, he went the extra mile to offer me different pricings and options for the water heater and its parts so I can pick for myself. He gave his two cents about the parts and the water heater AFTER I asked him about the difference, and not just rambling about his opinions trying to sell us the most expensive ones. Then, he came as promised right around noon and went right to fixing our mess. Got it done in a matter of few hours making it look awesome. Oh, but Ray isn't done after the installation and fix. He made sure to go over every little thing he did so that I wasn't left confused about anything. And he documented it all so I have it for my records. Then, he leaves saying I can let him know if I notice any further problems with it so he can make sure to tidy it up, not that I think I'll need it because he already did an awesome job for us. The job cost us right around what we thought it would cost us and that's always a good thing. A nice cherry on top is that Ray is very personable and is pleasant to talk with and is a people person. Might I add that he had a great attitude--not the kind of attitude that appears he's in it for the money. Nope. That's always the type of person we enjoy doing business with. Thanks, Ray! We will be contacting you if we need any other jobs fixed or looked at!

They are scammer, they ask you to sign for just showing up at your house, they will promise you…read morethey will be back, then they get paid by the manufacturer, then they claim nothing was wrong, without even touching your equipment. --------------------------------------------------------------------- After purchasing the refrigerator, we waited for a few months to open the box before putting our house on the market, in order to switch the old refrigerator with the new one. The refrigerator was in perfect condition, zero issues, with the exception of it making a very loud buzzing noise. It happens between 5 to 8 times a day on average. It will sound out in the middle of the night, also. Fortunately (or unfortunately) it doesn't last long, just about 10 seconds, only giving a very short window of time to record the sound (using whatever device). My wife went to Lowe's, and through one of the assistant manager's, Ashley, got all of the information needed to obtain the repair. After contacting FRIGIDAIRE, we were guided to go to the website and fill out a request form, including the date of purchase and the serial number, model number, and so on. We did all of that. Finally, after going through that and waiting, they sent a young gentleman by the name of Brad M. He showed up on time, and he was very nice, although doing absolutely nothing (zero, zip). He requested we should record the sound, the loud buzzing noise. He said there are different types of noises, and that our particular noise will tell him the issue. Before he left, my wife (mistakenly) signed the paper he asked her to sign. He explained to my wife that he lives in Redding, and once we were able to get a recording of the sound, just call him, he would be here "right away". Finally, my wife was able to record it while she was recording something else from the master bedroom. Immediately, she tried to call him to inform him we did get the recording, but it was the company's number, not his; and when she called, they told her, "Oh, you have to go to Lowe's or FRIGIDAIRE, go through the whole process again as if this were a new issue !". They are trying to make twice the money for the same JOB or hoping we willl go away. After back and forth, she requested to talk to a supervisor. When he came on the phone, this guy turned out to be worse than the first one. He said he was reading a note which says that "our technician tried to fix it but found no problem". It was pretty arrogant and blunt-edged "customer care". She told him she was recording him, and wondered aloud why he was lying, and did absolutely nothing. We are going to video or audio record (or both) whatever is done next. As the homeowner, we shouldn't have this as our "homework" to diagnose this issue. This is in fact, your job, not ours. If you're not trained up, we highly recommend getting the training you need to perform your job properly

To start off they do not deserve one star but you can't give 0 stars. I bought a washer and dryer…read morefrom this business paying 200 dollars a piece. The washer gets to spin and it does not matter what setting you choose it is the same. You have to reset to a different setting and then the washer starts from the beginning. I have tried multiple times to get a hold of him but he ignores my calls and texts messages. They are nice to your face but after you buy they are gone like a tornado.!!!!!!!
