This a great store that I've driven by so many times and never stopped. I really love all the old school candy and great little finds that I've forgotten about over the years. Walking in just feels like a piece of my childhood that I forgot about. The penny candy is the best. I used to love all the different kinds of taffy and this just screams nostalgia. My husband loves sponge candy and he found some that he absolutely loves. The store is great and I will be back for sure. read more

My parents used to take me here as a grid for Easter and Christmas. Nothing much has changed inside except for the prices of all their candy in jars. Still it's a fun place to take your family. Kids faces still light up when they see all the candy and knickknacks. read more

There are candy decorated rooms at Christmas & Easter in back of store !! Abt 60 or more of Jars of old penny candies now lotsa pennies haha. Candles, stocking stuffers, glassware, jewelries, Toys, stuffed animals . Things you might only find there. It's always our 1 st or 2nd stop when driving back up home depending on time of day.. This is a really neat shop. We stopped in here shortly after Christmas time and were pleased to see all the neat little items tucked up in the ceiling. I thought that was really cool. There is a good variety of things to buy and a large candy selection to choose from. The lady working was also very friendly and nice to chat with. Found delightful stocking stuffers for Christmas and giant jawbreakers for Halloween. They have more than two dozen jars of old school "penny candy" and they'll have Christmas decorated in the back room before we know it, with Santa getting his visits in before the big night. Totally worth a stop and look-see if you're in the area. read more

My friend and I stopped to browse. She had never been, and it's close to my house. We bought a few things, including mums. The mums are huge and the prices are cheap! The small (which is in no way small) was only $7.99. I just bought one at Tops on GI for $12.99 and was about half the size! read more

Kelly's county store has been our go to place for chocolate and candy. They have the Easter rooms open this year, but no Easter Bunny. The chocolate is delicious and jars of "penny" candy is vast. Of course nothing costs a penny any more!! I definitely recommend stopping in. read more

Stopped in to Kelly's this weekend to finally check out the place after visiting them at the Broadway Market so many times. It's a very cute little store with many things to try and lots of tasty candy! I thoroughly enjoyed the "penny candy" counter with all the different jars of yummy treats that I enjoyed as a kid. They've got a case with lots of chocolates and truffles as well and I definitely partook in those! A nice little stop, albeit rather expensive overall, but worth the visit if you're on the island. read more

Kelly's is a WNY tradition around the various holidays and a regular stop for some with a sweet tooth. We have been coming here for years to get our children candy around various holidays. The back rooms are set up to accommodate whatever holiday is current. Today we came to get our grandson and my son's girlfriend's children Easter candy. The assortment of candy is endless. You can get traditional Easter shapes or chocolate in non traditional shapes such as cars, sports items, and too many others to mention. The chocolate is of a high quality and comes in different varieties, such as milk, orange or dark. An assortment of other candies are available too. Up front there are bulk containers of candies that many of us grew up with. These can be bought by the pound. The store carries many other food and non food items that won't be found elsewhere. My only issue here is I would prefer an itemized receipt as with purchasing many items it would make insuring the total is correct easier. My receipt simply contained my total. I highly recommend coming here to see what they have. You may find yourself returning again and again. read more

The first time we went to Kelly's Country Store, it was to see Santa. I'd read reviews saying it was a really great place to go for this, and it definitely did not disappoint. There were a TON of people, and it was very busy. It was hard to wade through at times. But they handled it really well. We were able to walk around browse the store while we waited. (Only had to get in line when it was almost our turn!) The store was full of delicious looking treats, and festive gifts. The decorations around Santa were gorgeous. Santa himself was really great with the kids - friendly, patient, and photogenic. They let us take pictures with our phones, and gave us the option to buy one of the photos they took (or not) for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend coming here for those Santa photos, and look forward to exploring more during other seasons too! read more

This place is a timeless treasure. It has the cutest gifts, along with delicious candy and fudge, as well as Christmas decorations given the right time of year. If you are visiting the Buffalo/Niagara area this is a must see. There are many nostalgic candies and decorations displayed throughout. The owner was very pleasant when we stopped in. Stopped here to kill some time before dinner on Grand Island for my husbands birthday. Cute little place! Loved all the vintage decor-games, music boxes, refrigerator, kitchen appliances, etc. Its probably their off season, so they may have been doing a little reorganizing but the place is huge and has so much fun stuff. The truffles were amazing and the homemade valentines chocolates were really beautiful. I also got the best licorice shoelaces I've ever had! read more

1 star for lack of consistency on "rules" I asked for a handful of candy for my son out of the bulk candy section and was told that I had to get a minimum of a half pound. The lady right behind me asked for a handful of candy for her son and was told she needed to get at least a quarter of a pound. read more

Checked out Kelly's on Friday morning in December and it was decked out for Christmas. This unique store has a lot of interesting things, such as a metal record player from the 1800s that really works. they have chocolate and every kind of candy you can imagine served up all the fashion style in jars. I do wish they had had a little bit of a larger quantity of some of the items, such as dinnerware, but I am sure those items sold back before the holidays got rolling. I found the cute red and white reindeer that are pictured here. I also included a picture of my daughter with Santa Claus. Their Santa Claus is the real deal, and they don't charge to take a picture with him. From my experience, there have been very few free pose with Santa opportunities around, so this was a nice find. read more

Very cute and old time country store. Very nice hard, gummy and chocolate candy selection. Ever changing gift selection and always interesting Buffalo branded items. Lots of yummy jams, condiments for your kitchen, as well as for pets. I no longer live in the area, but I stop in every trip home and find several things to take back to Tampa each time! Trust me when I say Kelly's Country Store has the best sponge candy. :) I think chocolate too, but that is to each their own. For the holidays they have scheduling with santa and the easter bunny which takes the stress out of visiting with kiddos. Today was the first time I've ever been here. I've never seen this amount of chocolate figures. I don't think I would of ever of visited with out the enticement of the Easter bunny photo opt for my little one. Now that I have been here I defiantly see myself visiting again. If any one is in search of a 3 foot tall chocolate Easter bunny this is the place. I was blown away with how nice one of the ladies that worked there was. I over heard a mother try to pay for a chocolate figurine that her child broke. The employee said not to worry about it that they will melt it down and make a new one. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I went to the pop-up shop in the EA plaza. My total was about 16 dollars, and I was charged over 50 dollars on my credit card. When I went back, the cashier was not apologetic nor helpful about the matter. She told me I would receive a refund that still has not come up on my credit card. I am appalled at the lack of consumer service and mistreatment especially during since a difficult times we are facing with Covid-19. read more

I don't venture into the store too much even though I live on Grand Island as they are a bit pricey but when you want something special what an amazing store! And the people that work there are so friendly and so nice you don't mind handing over the cash even if it is overpriced a bit. I was here yesterday and the girl who waited on me a young girl was so friendly and so nice and she wrapped individually wrapped some of the little trinkets I bought for my daughter for Easter and she made me feel like she really appreciated my business I think a lot of businesses could take note of how Kelly's country store treat their customers!! Primarily a country gifts and chocolate/candy store, their biggest draws tend to be Santa (who has his own complex in the back) and Easter.
