The staff at the dealership agreed it should be a warranty issue and sent us to the body shop of their choice for an estimate which they in turn sent to the Toyota dealership. The dealership said they would send it in and should have an answer in a week. No phone call. Went back to Kelowna Toyota dealership had to remind Cary what the issue was. She couldn't even find our file on it and had to send back to the body shop to resend the estimate and photos. Oct 2025 Soon afterwards they told us they needed MORE DETAILED photos to make a decision. Marek came out to our house to take more photos and he said it was definitely an issue! Turns out seven other people at this dealership alone (maybe more by now) are having the same problem! Several calls later with Marek but still no approval. Dec 2025 Was promised a call from Casey for Tuesday Dec 9. no call received! Today is Dec 15 and still haven't heard anything. Time for more calls, this time to HQ. Worst possible service , brand new vehicle with a malfunctioning rear liftgate and a full warranty worth nothing!! Still love the Sienna just really hate the service. We certainly tell everyone about the poor service and recommend if they want a Toyota they should shop elsewhere! So far this is the fifth month since we first applied to have it repaired and I have contacted or attempted to contact the dealership 20 times. Left messages on peoples recording and Marek is the only one who has ever returned a call and even then making promises that are not fulfilled. This is totally unacceptable !! We expect no more delays!!!This needs to get full attention and get fixed!!!!! NOW!!!!!

This CIBC was quite clean and organized. I was forewarned that people who banks here come here for the most unnecessary reasons that anyone can think of. Yes this was no joke. One guy lined up to go to the bank just to ask the teller to help him to install the CIBC banking app on his phone so he could do his banking on his phone. A lady in front of me was asking about why her $200 disappeared when doing online banking and reappeared couple days later. I was super surprised. Me on the other hand came here to do a deposit. I had no choice and because the cheque was not my cheque, I couldn't do it at the ATM machine. The layout of this CIBC looks the same as any other CIBC I have been to. I do like how they have a community library inside the bank. This bank is located in the same same parking lot as the mall. Plenty of parking here
